This is a great example of a grade A business that values there customers. On my visit I had to unexpectedly bring my 2 year old baby girl who was not to happy about being in a drs office on a sat. The whole staff played there part in either helping me find a frame and/or comforting my daughter and I. I recently relocated and I made a call asking for my prescription due to misplacing my glasses. Dr. Catuncan took the time to call me herself after closing hours, VERY PATIENTLY provided me with ALL the information I needed and more.. I wont get service like this anywhere else I thought to myself.. so instead of going to a new office I placed my order over the phone and I will make the trip to Bedford from Duncanville. I wish more businesses had this much attention to servicing there clients!

Dr. Catuncan is great! I went in for a first time eye glasses exam. Great examination equipment, exceptional "bedside" manners, I will definitely be returning. The frame selection is a bit limited but they hit all the right areas! Childrens, Mens, Womens, Sunglasses and even XXL frames for those of us with bigger heads! The prices on frames ranged from $130 - $200+ but if you have decent insurance this shouldnt be an issue.

Ive been in the DFW area for over 5 years now. Ive tried countless eye doctors. I have to say that not only was the staff incredibly nice (not the fake nice but like genuinely smiling and friendly) but the Doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and very nice as well. I definitely didnt feel like another number to them. If i couldve given a 6th star, i wouldve.

They are the BEST! There is an art to eye prescriptions and Jennifer Catuncan has the gift. The staff couldnt be more helpful, they go above and beyond to make you happy. I am bad at remembering names, please forgive me, the optician is also a magic worker. She is able to fit frames so they are perfect.

My experience at F. E. C. was very effective and outstanding. The staff was great and curtious. The clinic is small, therefore, the the frame selection is limited but I found the frames I liked. I would refer my family and friends there anytime. Keep up the good work.
