I have been a customer of Eagle Mountain Family Eye Care for 20+ years. I have always been treated with the utmost professionalism and care. I am in and out of my semi-annual visits faster than with any other doctors office. I have never waited for more than 10 minutes before I was taken back with NO waiting thereafter. EMFEC always has the newest and best in technology and frequent staff training. I can tell that they are trained on customer service because it has always been first rate. Their staff is big enough to serve your every need. They have even negotiated with my insurance company several times to get me a smaller co-pay. As far as doctors are concerned, I have had Glaucoma for 13+ years. Over the 20+ years, I have always had only 3 different doctors, and they have all been Glaucoma specialists. The doctors are the best. EMFEC has a vast array of glasses to choose from to not only please me, but also a very picky teenage daughter, which is a task in itself. I can absolutely give EMFEC the best rating. I am a customer for life!!

I used to really like going to First Eye Care. Within the last 2 years the customer service has really suffered. The staff is not knowledgeable about insurance and can be rude when you ask questions. I changed insurance plans at the beginning of the year (January 1st) and by late July no one had explained they did not accept my new insurance. When I asked why I was paying the totals out of pocket they gave me conflicting answers and treated me like I was annoying them. The final straw for me was when I ordered contacts on a Wednesday and called the following Wednesday asking when I could expect the contacts to arrive. I was told the order wasnt placed until Friday morning so technically it had only been 2 days. I was told it would probably take another week and was not offered a sample to hold me over. Vision Source has been much easier to work with and I have not received even one piece of conflicting information from the staff.

As a retired veteran, I have Tricare. I had an ophthalmologist that checked my eyes and my copay was $50. Since Eagle Mountain Family Eye Care was closer, I thought Id give them a try. I called and asked if they accepted Tricare. Yes they told me. I had my appointment and the doctor told me that she would like to do a glaucoma test. Dont worry I was told, it was medical and covered by my copay. As I was leaving and made the appointment for the glaucoma test, I was asked how I wanted to pay for the $225 exam that day. My bad. I assumed it included the glaucoma testing too. It didnt. That was another $190. I went to Tricares website to see if any claim had been submitted by Eagle Mountain. There was none. I felt they were more interested in selling you products/services. A used car salesman of eye care so to speak. I will find another honest ophthalmologist or go back to previous doctor. I cannot recommend.

Im a first time patient to Eagle Mountain Eye care and I would advise anybody thinking of going here DO NOT GO!! Its been 2 months since my eye exam and Im still waiting for my contacts. They had my insurance information wrong after I gave it to them twice they havent billed my insurance instead they had me pay for the appointment. I had to call them twice about my contacts and will have to make another call again.Their staff is rude (Ashley) and incompetent. Im about to call my insurance this week to ensure they dont double bill. Horrible service...Very unprofessional all around!!!!!

Nice clean office. Very polite, and professional staff. State of the art equipment. Very experienced, confident, informative, and they will get you in, get your exams, etc, done in a very timely manner. Loved the entire staff, and all of the quality care and service that I received during my visit here. I would recommend that anyone looking for a great place, and friendly professional staff to take care of your eye care needs, visit this clinic FIRST! You wont be disappointed.

I cant say enough good about this clinic. The doctors are beyond amazing. I see Dr Deakins as do my children. Their very first appointment I was leery on how they would react. In short, they were able to get even the dilation drops in even my 1 yr olds eyes without so much as a peep. THAT says a lot. Their people skills are amazing, especially with children. The entire staff goes above and beyond. I will never go to another eye clinic ever again.

Dr Miller allowed more than enough time for me to get all of my eye health questions answered, and again, as always, the care I received in this visit was top notch. On their web site, it does say they accept BCBS. I called to make an appointment and was asked what insurance I have. BCBS I said. The appointment was made and I show up on time at the office and filed out some paper works , then wait then was told they do not take BCBS! They should have told me right when I made the appointment. Make it clear what insurance accepted on their web site. Wasting my time for nothing!

Having worked in the eye care field I can confidently day that they have the best equipment and most knowledgeable doctors and staff around! I love Dr. Deakins and the rest of the staff.
