I was treated horribly by the office manager in Keller. When I had my eye examed, I paid my bill. About a month later, I get a letter saying I didnt pay. I called them, spoke to the office manager and advised that I had paid. I gave them my bank transaction number and chalked it off to sloppy office accounting. A month later, I get another letter saying I owed money and that it will be reported to the credit bureaus for non-payment. I like you to know that I have perfect credit and this really upset me as I thought I had resolved this during the last phone call. Apparently not. I gave them my transaction numbers again and was told that it didnt matter, that I still had to pay what I owed. I felt helpless. I was then informed that I could come into the office to settle my account. I went with my bank copies of transactions, only to be told upon arrival (after taking off work early to do so) that they looked in my file and and saw that I had paid. No one, and I mean NO ONE thought to call me to inform me of this. How inconsiderate of my time. Never did they check to see if I was telling the truth. To know it was a simple manner of just checking is unforgivable. **To top things off, I found out my prescription was wrong and they wont do anything about it. Unbelievable.**

First impressions last and your first impression when you walk in the office already says this place cares- with their spotless foyer and clinics. They offer up to date equipment to make the exams easy, painless and accurate. The Docs i have seen are so thorough with their exams and explanations and answers to your questions that i leave the office knowing i had the best care possible. Not all people are the same - you cannot please all people all the time- but i believe that dissatisfaction with a service rendered is very subjective and does not trully reflect the real situation. For me ( i do have a medical background with eye experience ) and years of dealing with eye doctors i can trully say my experience with this clinic ranks up there with the BEST.I am trully one of the lucky ones to find a great place to monitor my eye health. The staff have been cheerful and the optician was helpful in my choice of an affordable set of eyewear. All in all kudos to the Total Eye Care in Keller!!!!

The doctor at this location is amazing. She was very nice and quick with the exam. Awesome job. However, Im not pleased with the rest of the staff/office. My insurance covers $130 towards frames, so I like to get as close to that as possible. I looked at a few frames that I liked, and I was quoted $295 each (!!!). I went to LensCrafters as soon as I left the office and I found the EXACT same frames for $160. These private offices are a complete ripoff when buying frames. They mark their glasses up way too much. Not to mention my glasses will arrive in 3 days, as opposed to a few weeks with Total Eye Care. I would recommend using the doctor for your eye exam, but taking your prescription elsewhere to buy your frames. Also, I was put on hold for over 15 minutes when I called to have my prescription faxed.

I have bought glasses from this place two times. They sell brand name frames that are not designed well and I would argue are of high quality. The first time I bought glasses from them, the design of a groove near the temples caused my hair to get stuck all the time. This time around I bought a pair of Jimmy Choo frames that gave me sores on my nose and constant headaches. I took a loss to get another pair of glasses because they didnt have a comparable pair. They convinced me to get thinner lenses, for which I paid extra, and left out the fact that the thinner lenses couldnt come with transitions, which I had paid for. I have made 10 trips to this store in the last 2 months. Spare yourselves the trouble by going some place else.

WORST office staff in KELLER location!! Rude!! I have gone for over 15 years to Dr Driscoll in Colleyville and now Keller but NEVER get to see him!! My prescription AND other members of my households prescriptions were wrong! Could not get it correct for glasses OR contacts!! Office staff and Manager is RUDE and not willing to help make it right. Not worth the trouble any longer messing around with this group of incompetent office staff. There are MANY OTHER eye doctors in the area!! GOODBYE!! ***Dont Waste your time with this group *** FED UP ***

Dr. Green and her staff are the friendliest and most helpful professionals for eye care! The up-to-date technology gives the patient a sense of confidence and security! I deeply appreciate the second mile assistance that is exhibited by each of the doctors! I highly recommend Total Eye Care for anyone seeking to have excellent testing for good eye health, maintenance, and prescriptions for proper eye wear lenses! My wife and I have found a home with warmth and compassion in both offices in Keller and Colleyville!

The staff is over the top friendly. The service is wonderful, exceptional even. They are wonderful with children, patient with the fears that sometimes children have. I recommend them to anyone looking to have an exam or glasses filled.
