I will start by stating my one and only compliment that the nursing staff is extremely sweet. However, Azalea Health is the worst establishment I have ever been involved with and believe me I wish I was exaggerating. During my very first appointment I expressed to the ladies checking me in that I would prefer a male doctor and got an annoyed response from them and was told that I had already been "charted" and basically told me to go sit down. It was very rude and unprofessional. Not to mention, every time I have an appointment I have to plan my day like its going to be an all day affair because you ALWAYS sit in the waiting room for nearly an hour or more and then when they pull you back into the private rooms youve got at least another 30! On my last visit I sat in the back waiting room for an hour and fifteen minutes before the doctor came in! I obviously had plenty of time to look around and notice things while in the room and i looked down and noticed a gigantic, dead cockroach near the bottom of the table. I took a photo that I wish I could post but unfortunately I dont see an option for that. Lastly, the way my insurance works I have to have my long-term prescriptions mailed to me in order for my insurance to continue paying for them so all they need is confirmation from the doctor (he has to make a 30 second phone call or fill out a sheet of paper and have a member of his staff fax it) and my insurance company has been requesting my doctors approval since May (Its nearly August) and has faxed the paperwork to him a total of 6 times with no response whatsoever. Today I went to Azalea Health to plead with the doctor to just call the number and I only got to speak to a nurse (who was very sweet) but literally said, "I can tell you right now he wont call." What kind of an establishment is this? Thats apart of your job description and youre just going to completely ignore your patients needs? It is safe to say by this lengthy review that I am EXTREMELY displeased with Azalea Health and will without a doubt be finding another healthcare provider.

This is the wrost clinic I have been to, in my opinon Nacy Boyd should have her medical license taken away, according to the manager of this Clinic you dont even have a primary care doctor when you go there because everyone just sees Nacy, SHE IS A NURCE PRACTITIONER she is not a regular Dr. I have been going to Azela for almost a year now Nancy Boyd and the rest of the clinic has gave me nothing but BS. I made a opponent a MONTH in advance to get a IUD inserted insted Nacy decided at the last second to tell me she can not give me the mirana because I was not on my period because I was on the birth control shot... Well duh I wasnt going to risk getting pregnant.. Multiple times I have come in the month my shot is due and Nacy Boyd was too lazy to put in a request for my shot before I came in. AlSO I saw the therapist there and he dignosed me with PTSD and anxiety which he said i needed to see Nacy to get the puscription writen up because I guess she is the only one who is qualified at that dam place to write one so I never got the anti anxiety medication I needed. BUT the very LAST STRAW was when I went to Azela to get my birth control shot guess what... There was no more renewals on my medication. I had to leave my name and my number with the woman behind the desk to give to Nacy once she was done with her patient, went all day with NO CALL BACK!! So I called 4 days later on the 7th even left a voice mail, NEVER GOT A CALL BACK, so I had to get human resources for Azela health involved, I told them what was going on and they said they would look into it, insted I got a call back from the manger of this place, she talked to Nacy Boyd to find out what happened and it just so happened she found something abnormal on my pap back in APRIL, and I am finding this out JUST NOW, which they have YET to give me a stright dam answer on what the hell they found if it is IMPORTANT I should have been told back in APRIL not TEN MONTHS LATER! I am done dealing with Azela heath and thier BS. I will be switching to an ACTUAL clinic that ACTUALLY CARES!

This office needs more order. It was a mad house when I got in there and one of the front desk women were pushy and rude while I was filling out my paper work. I saw the doctor and everything went fine with her until I needed her to call my script into a different pharmacy once I found out the one she called the script into doesnt take my insurance anymore. I called her twice that day to change it and only got her voicemail and left her all the information for where to call it in at, so I assumed she would do it. I arrived to Walgreens that day where I told her to call it in the voicemail, well they had nothing, so she didnt call it in. I call the next day, and was sent to a voicemail AGAIN, so I hung up and called back and told them what was going on. The receptionist assured me that she would tell the Dr herself and that my doctor was also good at checking her messages and fixing whatever problem I had. Well here I am, today eaten up with a yeast infection that I cant get a script called in for. Im in agitating pain, and obviously my doctor could care less. Im considering taking an article out on this office in the local paper. You cant be irresponsible with peoples health. I will never go here again. Also, I would like to leave the name of my doctor but she was so unprofessional, she didnt even give me her name when she came into the room with me.

I went and saw Dr. Mary Ray because Ive had sciatic pain for over six months. The first time I met with her she referred me to what I figured was a specialist. Yes, I asked her for some pain meds to get me through until I met with this new Doctor. She gave me a urine drug test. I met with her today for a follow up. Apparently I had too much alcohol in my urine test for her liking. You know because of all the Christmas Parties, New Year Celebrations, etc.. She wouldnt prescribe anymore.. I understand the fear of pill seekers, and the pressure Doctors are feeling because of it.. And I already saw in her eyes, she had made up her mind about me, so I didnt even say anything. Tuesday morning, Im calling and asking for a referral to a REAL Doctor.. What she referred me to was a Pain Management Doctor.. No thank you! I want a Doctor who will help me fix this pain, so I dont have to be on Pain Pills the rest of my life.. after that, a new primary care physician, who doesnt expect the worst when I walk through the door!
