Weve been going to Animal Medical Center for almost 3 years this time around and always took our dogs there when I was a kid. Probably for 15 years or so. Dr. Chamberlain and all the doctors there have always been very professional, and personally concerned. When we had a dog hit by a car, when I was a kid, Dr. Chamberlain personally came to check the dog instead of us having to move her to the clinic. Thei billing is a little higher than some other places but they are always willing to work with you if you cant pay the whole bill right away (which is actually required). They also help you find less expensive alternatives to medication if thats what you need.

We have been taking our animals (4 different cats and now a new puppy) to Dr.s Robbie and Chamberlain since we moved to Crystal Lake more than 10 years ago. We have received nothing but excellent care from all the staff and have found that they care about nothing but the well being of the animals. They go out of their way to ensure that we are able to get our appointments usually the same day, or at our convenience if not an urgent matter such as a simple check-up. Due to proximity all of our neighbors use the medical center and have had nothing but good service, even during the most trying of times having to put a beloved pet down.

The professionalism of this business has always been tops. Their caring attitude about your pet has always been exhibited whenever you have a scheduled visit or even just a question. We have been taking our dogs there for over thirty years and I trust it will continue in the future.

A high degree of skill and people that truly care. Our pets have been treated and cared for since 1990. A recent change of ownership, and new vets, and techs has only improved the already knowledgeable and skilled staff. My highest recommendation for this group of professionals.

The doctors and nurses seem to really care about the animals and the service is always prompt. They did an amazing job on my dogs surgery and theyre emergency services are top notch. Been taking our family dogs there for over 19 years, and will continue to return.

We take all three of our fur babies here and the doctors really care about the animals. Dr. George is our favorite, but anytime we have had to see another onsite vet.... they were amazing too!!!
