I absolutely, without a doubt, will never take my beloved pets, or children as I call them, anywhere else!! This place is, by far, the BEST veterinarian clinic I have been at. They truly understand what it is my boys need, even if that means they need me to be holding them/petting them the whole time during their check-ups and shots. I have one extremely shy cat and he just curls into a ball if he is around anyone he doesnt know, especially in a place he only goes to usually once a year. The nurses and the doctors dont even push on the matter. They are more than willing to help me either get my cats out of their carriers or back into them at the end of the appointment. The staff takes the time to remember who you are and everything youve been through, such as having to say goodbye to a pet. They also understand when we ask them to do extra, and most likely unnecessary, tests due to us wanting to have complete peace of mind. They do inform us that whichever test we ask for isnt needed at this time but they usually still do it for us. When it comes time to say goodbye to a pet, I couldnt imagine anywhere better to take them. (Ive had to say goodbye to two pets in my lifetime at this clinic and each time has been handled with sincerity and respect) I love this place. It truly feels like the staff is caring for my "children" the way that I would if I had all the proper training and schooling to be a vet. Thank-you so much for all that you do! ♡

My family and I have been using the FDL vet clinic for the last 25 years, I LOVE this place. They are affordable, compassionate, and they take excellent care of my pets. The staff is friendly, Shannon is a riot, and my pets arent afraid to come here. The DVMs are caring and take the time to answer all questions concerning the health and well being of my pets. They have provided us with many amazing, affordable health care options before we had to make the decision of euthanization with senior pets and they have even sent us condolence cards when our senior pets pass away. I would only go elsewhere in the case of an emergency where I could not make it to the FDL clinic in time or if they are closed for the day. They have always been so great to my animals, I just couldnt imagine going elsewhere. We also board our pets once or twice a year at the clinic when we go on vacation, we know they are in good hands while we are away. I have recently moved about 20 miles away from FDL but I still travel here for all my pet care and boarding needs.

Brought my dog for shots and exam, dog didnt like getting shots so they had to muzzle him. other than that he was wagging his tail and being friendly toward the staff. I asked the Vet if he can be boarded, she told me np. So the net day I called to schedule boarding for 3 days over xmas. The person who answered the phone started to schedule it but when i asked her how much, she put me on hold than came back and said we cant board my dog. I asked the reason and she said my dog was mean. I thought huh? my dog was over friendly if anything and just became agitated when the vet was giving the shots and examining his genital area. and after the muzzle was off he was friendly as ever. So if that is a mean dog? i cant comprehend. Plus the lady I was talking with became extremly rude when i asked a question. I will never go back for vet service to this place. HORRIBLE experience.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Came home from work at 4 a.m. to find my "kitty kitty" suffering to hold on to her life...i just wanted to end her suffer and with out being a patient they took my family n I on a moments notice to help our beloved "kitty kitty" be in a peaceful place...other places in town that opened earlier would not take us because they were booked, i understand that but my pet was suffering n they werent willing to try n work something out, i told them about this and they said well obviously there r exceptions, thank you for your compassion and professionalism

I brought my kitten here in an emergency. He had a serious upper respiratory infection and needed to be treated IMMEDIATELY. The staff made me wait almost an hour, as my kitten is practically dying in my lap, because the Dr was busy talking to another customer about their puppys yearly shots. When I finally got to see the Dr, he said they dont have the skills to treat my animal, nor the tools to give him fluids. Seriously? Youre a vet clinic! So we had to drive to Appleton to save my kitten, who almost died there. Never again will I or anyone I know bring our pets here. Horrible.

Today was My fist time with my cat Eva, at this location, for this pet. The vet was absolutely sweet and very helpful. With it being her first time she let her roam and never forced the check up by letting her come to the doctor. Best veterinary clinic Ive been to with a pet. Only negative was the first reception lady i talked to was not having the best day (we all have them) and was a bit on rude when I checked in and was doing paperwork. The 2nd lady offered to help me instead since she could sense her coworker was a little on edge.

With our experience, the vet wasnt very knowledgeable. It left us with a lot of questions after our dog passed. Another vet clinic was able to diagnose the sickness after just hearing the list of his particular symptoms. The part that was REALLY BAD was they werent clear with their cremation procedures. Because of that we did NOT receive our dog ashes! It was very heart breaking for us and our children. We would NEVER use this vet clinic again. We take our new dog to another vet in town and are happy there.

Love this place. Im a first time puppy mom and they explain everything great and are always there when i have my little over exaggerating freak outs. Plus price is amazing here and staff is fantastic. Brought mine over from a vet in Eden and love the friendly faces and they always remember my name and my puppies. Theyre just phenomenal!

I normally drive to Ripon Vet Clinic, but thought I would take my new puppy to FDL Vet Clinic, I am so thankful I did! What a fantastic experience with Dr. Garret, he was so nice and so kind to my puppy. I would not hesitate to refer people to this clinic, very reasonable prices as well, thank you for keeping great care affordable!

The kindest most caring animal lovers I have ever met. They have taken amazing care of our dog. Through emergency visits where they fit us in with little notice. To a complex surgery on my dogs eye... They have been nothing but perfect to our family.

I think Julie is awesome. She cares for my puppies, does a great job on their grooming and is a very sweet person. I have never encountered a rude person in this establishment!
