I asked the staff at Visionworks to adjust my frames (<2 yrs old) and they broke the sidepiece. Moreover, the person who broke them spent an hour trying to fix them and the result was abysmal. The sidepiece had an awkward angle in it at the break point and the plastic was discolored (chalky-looking) on the inch on either side of the break. They refused to do anything more than offer me a slightly greater discount than the current sale (50% off versus the current sale of 40% off a complete new pair of glasses). Lastly, they put the blame on me for handing over my glasses for adjustments. The person who broke them did not tell me that Visionworks would not accept responsibility for any breakage. My glasses were in good condition (<2 years old) before I entered Visionworks. The person who broke them acknowledged that they had looked to be in good shape before they were broken. I left my name and contact info so the person who broke them could reach me in case they could offer anything more than the modest discount but have not heard from them. The staff at Visionworks are not careful or conscientious.

Horrible, Terrible customer service. This girl Sabrina at Macomb Mall location are the worst personnel I have ever encounter. I called there to see if my glasses was ready to be picked up and they said 14days. if I knew it was going to take 14days, I would NOT get my glasses here.

They gave me copies of my RX for both glasses and contacts immediately after the exam, and the price of the exam (for someone without vision insurance) was the cheapest around. Fast, friendly service, too!

Vision works in Roseville, MI does not provide good service. Everything is over priced and staff does not communicate actual cost to clients.
