Dr. Teddy is awesome! I have never been at an eye doctors office where the doctor takes so much time conducting an eye exam. Dr. Teddy was not only super thorough but also explained everything she was doing and my exam results in a way I could completely understand. The staff is great too. Maddy was super nice. Jen and Ron were super helpful. The only issue I had was with Linda. Dr. Teddy prescribed two brands of contacts for me to try and Linda would not give the more expensive of the two to try. How am I supposed to know which brand I like better unless I tried both? She kept saying to try the cheaper brand first as if I couldnt afford the second more expensive one. So, I had to go out of my way and make a second trip to get the other brand. Turns out I like the expensive brand better. I tried to order but of course it was close to closing time so she just ran off. She was supposed to take care of it the following day but did not. When I spoke to her about it, of course it was the same "its not my job and someone else should of taken care of it". She obviously needs to freshen up on some customer service skills.

I had a truly fantastic experience today visiting the Eye Doctors. I have not had an eye exam in 5 years (way to long) but I was very impressed by the latest equipment they had at their office. The tech explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Then the Doctor took his time and showed be exactly what he saw and what it meant. I did not feel rushed like I did in those mall type places. They made me feel like they actually cared about the patient. In addition to getting my eyes checked I also got fitted for contact lenses. I have not worn contacts in 20 years. But the tech took their time to show my what to do. The optician also worked with me to find a pair of Oakleys that they did not have in stock but were able to special order. The staff really deserve 5 stars. I would highly recommend their office to anyone who needs their eyes checked or contacts. I hardly ever write reviews but this was such a great experience I wanted to share it.

I am so thankful for the people here. Last night my daughter accidentally cut her eye with a piece of paper. She seemed to be in a lot of pain. I didnt know who to call and I found this place that said they offered emergency eye services. I called and was connected to Dr. Teske. He allayed my fears and had me get her eye drops and then put me on the schedule for today. We went in and the ladies in the front Jenn and another (sorry I didnt see your name), were so nice to us. I had found this office on my insurance website but they no longer took my insurance so the ladies worked to try to find another provider who did. I chose to continue the visit since they were kind and I was worried. It was a good decision. Dr. Teddy came out and my daughter opened her eye fully and seemed fine. It was almost like magic. She was really good at getting my daughter to cooperate and we found out that my daughter was fine. Thank you all.

I came there as an emergency patient with excruciating eye pain and they saw me immediately, relieved my pain and we patient with my status. I felt very welcomed and had prompt care despite of coming there unscheduled. They even took time to call a specialist for me and arrange my arrival there. I am very happy with the care they provided.

Superb... Dr. Santeramo was thorough with tests being done and with explanation of results thereafter. Jenn and Brian were very friendly, attentive, and personable. Hands down the best eye doctor group Ive had the fortune of meeting and will be seeing again when time for my next checkup.
