This Pearle Vision Center has more than earned my repeat business. I am treated special each time I come in. My eyeglasses are correct and frames are in current fashion. Management is friendly and professional. They are efficient and do not waste my time.Last but not least, they have just about the best eyeglass fixer around. Matt is a talented technician who can bring back collision condition glasses to their original form. With a smile! Thanks Pearle in Riverdale! Strongly recommend.

I started getting my glasses at this store a few years ago and everyone consistently delivers exemplary customer service. My most recent experiences have been with Matt and Gary who have really cemented my status as a lifetime customer. Cant say I look forward to dropping another $500 on glasses but when I have to this is where I am going.

Love this store. I had gone to a local Optometrist /Eye Dr. for years. However, when they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them during my eye wear selection that was my last time there. Have gone here for five years now as well as my daughter. Every time Im treated great and never rushed.

I purchased a supply of contact lenses for a year with them and 4 of the contact lenses were damageda and I threw them away. I called them asking for assistance and a replacement they refused to help me and instead of helping they offered me to pay for new boxes. Im really disappointed.
