It is challenging to find a good dentist that you can trust with your family’s dental needs! My family and I along with my in-laws have been going to NOVA DENTAL CARE for our dental needs. They take great care of my childrens teeth. My wife and I are impressed with the high standard of service they provide from checking in through the dental visit. Very friendly and professional staff with safe and family oriented facility. Both Dr. Ken Hsieh and Racquel Jupio are well trained, knowledgeable, and highly skilled on their trade. I like the way Dr. Ken educates and explains procedures clearly and in details. The kids love Dr. Racquel with her gentle and affirmative approach. Nova Dental Care was a bad experience for me, and did not feel very comfortable having them in my daughters care. They are really pushy and are not very trusting to have your kid in their care.. as a mother, and any mother would want to be in the treatment room while their kid is only a young kid while doing any type of procedure. I know of dentist offices that the doctors allow all parents to be in the room to make sure the doctors are doing the right procedure at all times. If the doctor does not allow you to be in the room than they must not be as confident in their work.. ***Advice to mothers and fathers, please before selecting a dentist provider for your child please ask questions & questions before choosing any dentist for your child.***ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOUR INSTINTS... My entire family come to Nova dental. We are here for regular six month cleanings! She has done my childrens baby tooth extractions. They love getting a surprise bag w a quarter to use at the end in the surprise machine. Dr. Jupio has build them the confidence to come back to the office happy and willingly. I have done all my dental work done from replacing old cavity fillings, getting inlays, crowns, implants, and a night guard. I am so happy how it all turned out! All this-done in a short period! The staff is so friendly and quick to get you in and out! DR. Jupio is awesome with the kids and adults scared of needles! You will leave happy and pleased with her bedside manners and professional services. Thank Dr. Jupio and staff for a great experience from the Cohen Family!

Just moved to Houston and you know how hard it is to find new Doctors, Dentists, restaurants etc... Well a friend recommended this place and I just had such a good experience. Making an appointment was a breeze, the receptionist was very helpful even calling me back explaining me benefits and what I had to pay, the hygienist was super friendly and took good care of me knowing I was pregnant, the dentist was extremely sweet and did a very thorough exam. I didnt know that dentist even check the neck and jaw for diseases. (My old dentist never did that). There was no pressure, no gimmicks, and my teeth felt extremely clean afterwards. I couldnt be more happy with this establishment. Thanks Nova Dental. :)

I have been seeing Dr. Ken and Kristin for over 1 year. I visit the office pretty frequently for my clear braces. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes to be brought back even though I usually get there fairly early. I also like the TV they have in each room so in the off change I have had to wait I dont really notice. Dr. Ken is always really gentle and answers any questions I have. Kristin always makes sure Im comfortable and that my teeth are super clean. I also like that they show me how to clean my teeth like they do in the mirror before I leave- even though I probably still dont do as good a job as them!

This dentist facility is great! They are great for the entire family-- kids or adults. The entire staff is attentive and genuinely cares about their clients and their dental health. Kristin, the dental hygienist, genuinely cares about oral hygiene for people at every age. She takes the time to go over oral hygiene with each patient, specifically showing them how to improve in the areas they are in danger of developing bacteria problems. Dr. Jupio and Dr. Hsieh are great with kids! Everyone is very helpful and I had a great experience when I was there. It is a very clean facility. They are top-notch in every way!

I had a great experience here at Nova Dental Care. Their staff is very friendly and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. They explained everything they were going to do which made me feel at ease. They are also very knowledgeable in what they do because they educate you about proper dental health and proper dental hygiene. You can tell they really care about you and your dental hygiene. Both Dr. Hsieh and Dr. Jupio did an excellent job. They had a gentle hand, and they were very thorough through the whole process. They care about their patients and listen to their concerns.

This office is one of the best dental offices Ive been too. The front office is knowledgeable on any insurance questions Ive had. The dental assistants and hygienist are quick but thorough. Any doctor Ive seen here is gentle and the doctors and staff are extremely helpful with explaining any treatment to me along with visual effects to help me understand exactly what it is theyre proposing. Very high tech office. Having a TV to watch is also a nice distraction while youre having a cleaning or filling completed. Overall favorite dentist! Makes you not dread your 6 month visit.

Dr. Jupio was amazing with my son. My son unfortunately had a bad expirence with another dentist from another practice in September. So he went into his first visit with Dr. Jupio feeling nervous and crying. Dr. Jupio spoke to my son for about five minutes about kids stuff (favorite toys, movies, school, and friends) making him feel calm and comfortable. Dr. Jupio waited for him to be ready and then my son let her take a look inside his mouth. I was very impressed. Dr. Jupio is great with children. Highly recommend her and she will definitely be my childrens new dentist.

I brought my children to Nova Dental Clinic for a routine check. Found out they have so many cavities and tartar and much work has to be done. Thanks to Dr. Racquel Jupio for doing such an awesome job, making my children feel comfortable, even undergoing through needles was a pleasant experience for them. Truly her hands can make wonders. She goes above and beyond her call of duty by giving advice on how to do proper oral care daily and things to avoid to prevent cavities and tartar build up. My husband and I highly recommend this clinic.

My family has seen Dr. Hsieh for 9 years, including my 1 year old son. He is knowledgeable, detailed, and friendly. We understand each procedure before it is performed and leave with knowledge around how to maintain good oral health until our next visit. Safety and comfort are first priority at Nova Dental Care and that makes me feel good, especially as a mother. I admit that I’m not an easy customer and my trust is hard to earn, but theyve exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to everyone – adults and children.
