Just walked in to get appointment for eye exam and new glasses . The gal behind counter asked if she could help , I asked about an eye exam and glasses was told it would be two weeks from monday , I asked if she could call one of the other offices to see if they had anything sooner ? She looked at me and said that there were cards on the counter and I could call them , I asked again if she could call for me and was told the numbers were on the cards. I could see this if she was busy , One person in store and she was sitting at her desk looking out window when I pulled up and walked in. As I was walking out the door she asked if I would like one of the cards. I would not recommend this office to anyone. As a returning customer I will not be back.

I wish I can give under star . Cant believe I want only late for few minutes and they cancel my kids appointment. I request they it urgent he got note from his school and he cant even finish his home work coz of his eyes . He cried when he read . Please take a look at least . If any serious I will take him hospital. The lady said we have next appointment at 3 with OTHER peasant . I said u still have 20 minutes before other peasants. I m in u r clinic . Whos important the person in the clinic or the person at home .? Very bad Doctor shouldnt do this . That his Responsibility not only JOB .

The doctor refused to give me a prescription for contacts, even though I have always used contacts, and instead told me I have to wait 7-10 business days to get a new pair of glasses when I really just wanted to be able to see. I left there after spending $74 dollars for the eye exam and had to do it all over again at LensCrafters an hour later, but at least at LensCrafters when I walked out of there, I had contacts and could see. Going to Whylie was a huge waste of time. Ill never go back.
