They are nice & friendly... but be very careful before going to this urgent care. There are NO MDs on the premises, despite what their website states. I went there for what I thought was an infected finger, and didnt want to wait until the following Monday to have my Drs office check it out...Big Mi$take. I was seen at SSM by an NP that appeared to be right out of school. She couldnt decide if it was infected or not. I asked for a doctor and she noted there werent any on site, that they supervised from a local hospital. She told me to go ahead and see my own Dr. if I was still concerned about the finger. For that I was charged $324!! My own Dr charges $124 to see him or a Physicians Asst. Also, there are other urgent care centers in the Arnold & Imperial areas that do have Drs on site and charge less.

I took my 6 year old here b/c he landed on his wrist on the trampoline. Found out it was fractured in 2 places. They took great care of him! The nicest staff ever!! They were quick and friendly as can be. Also, they made and signed a birthday card for him, he just turned 6! They werent sure what my copay was so they said I could pay later. Hope I do not have to go back b/c its Urgent Care, lol but if I do Ill definitely be going there first!

Although they diagnosed me promptly with the flu, they tell your insurance company they are an emergency room, and bill you that instead of normal procedures. The billing number they give you will find out what the problem is , take the info,then hang up on you and put theur phones off thr hook. Looks like I will be contacting my insurance company.

My son was turned away because we didnt have our insurance co-pay!! Also before that they told us they are limited to what they can help people with?? Diarrhea?? Really? I watched them turn other patients away while we were waiting that were not feeling well. I guess that is why theres never anyone there! Terrible!

The staff are very nice and professional. I took my daughter in because of wheezing. They took her in right away. They did what was needed to be done and the NP wanted to monitor her for an hour to make sure she is ok. THANK YOU NP Jessica and RN Maria for taking care of my daughter. Thank you
