If I could give a zero I would. Dont ever go to this office, they are very unprofessional and disrespectful. My family went to this office for a long time. They put 4 crowns in my husbands mouth and within a couple weeks they fell off. He had to have them put in again and two of them came off again and two cracked. It took 8 months for them to set up for him to go to one of their specialist to have the teeth evaluated. Meanwhile my husband walked around with nothing over two of his teeth. He has been dealing with this for a year now. I was seen by a specialist at another practice a couple of months ago and had work done under my PPO plan. The dentist stated I had a cavity under my bridge ( the bridge was fine). I came to Greenberg to see Dr Edwards for a second opinion and let him look at the xrays given to me by the specialist. He said there was nothing wrong and made no recommendation. I reconfirmed with the specialist their was a cavity brewing underneath. A month later I called Greenberg to let them know I started getting dull tooth pain off and on beginning a week ago and I needed to have it addressed. The specialist does not take my secondary insurance so I need Greenberg to do the work so it will be covered. When I explained the insurance situation to the ladies, including Liz the office manager, and informed them I am having pain now they immediately started giving me the run around. They kept telling me Dr Edwards made no recommendations a month ago and to go back to the other dentist. I tried to explain over and over to three different people for two days that I couldnt get the work done by the other dentist because they did not accept my insurance. I explained also I wasnt having pain then but I am now. They just kept telling me to go to the other dentist. I am not understanding why what I was needing and explaining was so complicated. They were very unhelpful, disrespectful and rude. I truly believe the issue was the dentist was offended that I went to another practice so now he doesnt want to do the work. Doesnt make sense. The ladies had me so stressed that I just told them to copy my records and I would pick them up and take my business elsewhere. So if you want bad dental work and poor customer service you have picked the right place.

THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS OFFICE, PEOPLE IN THE FRONT DESK SUCKS! THE SMOKES IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING, TALKING IN PERSONAL PHONE CALLS... YOU MAY WANT TO GO WITH THEM..BECAUSE YOU CAN HEARD EVERYTHING WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ON THE PHONE OF COURSE PERSONAL STUFF LIKE... PLEASE CAN YOU TAKE THE CHICKEN OUT I WANT TO COOK TOMATO BASIL CHICKEN, SO TAKE 2 BAGS! THE OTHER ONE NEED TO BE OUT AT 1:30PM BECAUSE SHE HAD A HAIR APPT, AND HAD A WEDDING THAT DAY!!! AFTER ALL TALKING ABOUT PATIENTS AFTER THEY LEAVE THE OFFICE....WHAT CAN U RECEIVED FROM THEM? THEY LET YOU WAIT IN THE WAITING AREA 2 HRS AND DONT TELL YOU ANYTHING, TO KNOW IF DR IS BEHIND IN THE SCHEDULE, OR IF IS A EMERGENCY. THE WORSE..... NO BODY SHOULD GO THE ANY MORE...THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS...THEY DONT EVEN WANT TO WORK.

This location is the worst!! The girls at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. when i was called to go to the back. I Sat waiting for the Dr. The dental assistance where walking in and out of the room looking for equipment. They were on their phones talking loud in the hallway. It was like they was just chilling on the block. When it was time for me to make my payment. I payed in cash. Then they said we dont have any change. I called in advance and spoke with receptionist,the person i spoke with said you expect cash. At this point i was so pissed off! ! So i said If you know you dont have change in the morning you should have told your patients ahead of time or have a sign that says, we dont have any change. This location staff is unorganized, unprofessional, and unapologetic.

HATE THIS PLACE! SO RUDE. THE LADY IN THE FRONT IS UNBELIEVABLE RUDE! SHE NEEDS TO QUIT HER JOB! the other people in the back are over the talking crap and cant help anyone. i was there today & i came back to make a appointment and there was 3 ladies. i said can i make a appointment and one of the ladies sitting on computer told me she cant because she works in the back. okay if you work in back why are you in the front? the two other girls were rude. the other one was saying she had a patient. okay then why arent you with your patient. this place is unbelievable. dont ever go. go to the one in winter garden.

The staff are extremely rude. I spoke with first person that answered the phone and asked if they could tell me what the average price was to replace a filling. She said Im not the dentist. You will have to pay 75.00 to see the dentist and then he will tell me. I asked for the office manage who was Holly. She came on and said Im going to have to tell you the same thing and laughed at me.

Made an appointment a month in advance for wisdom teeth removal and used my vacation days for nothing.Got there today for them two tell me the surgeon doesnt work there anymore and they knew about this two weeks before and they never even called me. This place is so unorganized and communication skills suck.

Unprofessional. Staff is too busy talking and cant do their job. I scheduled a consultation with an orthodontist 3 weeks prior and when I arrived the day of I found out they scheduled me for the wrong consultation. The next available day was in September. I will take my money elsewhere.

Beverly is the epitome of a great office assistant and was extremely nice and helpful over the phone. Ive gone to this location for years and have been happy with them. Office environment is outdated and a bit sad, but Ive been content with most staff and the hygienists.

The staff is unprofessional. Told to show up 15 min early. Its been almost 1 1/2 hours waiting just for a cleaning. What gives?? Now I was told the hygenist showed up late and they kept putting other peoples chart in front of my 77 yr old mothers slot. Soooo dissapointed

This place is unorganized and the customer service is rude.They never call back so it makes no sense leaving messages which they always say to do. My appoint was rescheduled at least 15 times before i actually got the right service. Very unprofessional and inefficient.

If you make an appointment through the website you never get a call back. If you call to make an appointment its the answering service who is going to "GIVE" them the message. Im so sick of it. Im just going to have to take my children else where.

The people at this office are very unprofessional, I walked in and was not greeted at all. I went in to ask a question and all I got out of the lady at the check in was uhuhs and yups. They really need to get their acts together.
