This is the most poorly run medical office I have ever been to. I spent two hours here for an annual eye exam and contact lens exam. All I wanted was an updated prescription. I turned down the dialating drops and didnt want to pay an extra $30 for the scanner so I signed a waiver saying I refused it, which the nurse/office employee said was not a problem. Finally saw Dr. Valido and she insisted I get the scan for the $30, then disappeared for another 20 minutes. She left me with the office employees who had to write out my prescription because she failed to do so. I asked for a receipt of my services when I paid which they said had to be emailed to me because they dont print out receipts. They informed me itd be sent to me by the end of the day. I did not receive it so I called and requested it the next business day and they said they would send it right away but I still have not received it. Im beginning to wonder if I was even charged the correct amount being they unable to show me what services I paid for. I do not plan to ever go back, and if I do it will be solely to get the receipt I have been asking for.

First off the new renovated facility is beautiful. It was definitely a joy to walk in and see this beautiful space. The staff was all smiles when I walked in including the lenscraft staff. They were eager to help and definitely brightened up the early arrival. I would have to say Dr. Bales is by far my favorite at the practice. He has an upbeat spirit and makes you feel relaxed. Ive been going there for years but he was the first person to actually show me my pictures and explain to me what I was seeing. I had questions in reference to what I didnt see and he explained them no problem. I will from now on only be seeing him.

The doctors at the Rookwood location are amazing. Today I saw Dr. Carl. She is the sweetest person! She makes you feel comfortable and makes you laugh. I had a lot of questions that I was concerned about. She took extra time to talk to me and ease my mind.
