Im confused as to why this office was rated so well. I took my son and daughter in for eye exams and glasses a few months ago. Although, the young ladies in the front were extremely professional, it wasnt genuine. The minute we walked in, the vibe of the office felt off. Fast forward: both the children have gotten eye exams and are ready to pick out glasses. That went fine also, but here is where the 1 star comes in. I was given a date in which the glasses would be ready. In fact, my daughters glasses were ready in about 2 weeks. My sons however, were not. In fact, I had to inquire what was going on with his glasses after not hearing anything for about a month and kept being told to check back on Wednesday, which is when orders are delivered to them. I had to call the office several times in order to receive an honest answer and was FINALLY told the glasses arrived damaged and they would have to send the glasses back and have a new pair sent out. I was reassured they would rush the order, seeing as though Ive already waited over weeks for them and the damaging of the glasses was not our fault. To make a long story short, after contacting the office several times inquiring about my sons glasses (NO, THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME) I was given an outrageous return date of another month. They were not sympathetic to the breaking of the first pair of glasses and didnt seem to care about the importance of my sons vision. Ill never take my business to them again.

I spent close to $900.00 for exam and glasses. When I went to pick them up, I told the girls that I Cannot read from the new glasses. They told me to - wait for it - let my eyes adjust. Huh? Isnt the point of getting glasses so you can see?? Who would have thought. My eyes didnt adjust. Each time I returned to the store, I was told the "Person" I needed to see was not there. Hmmmmm, maybe hiding in the back?? I asked that question only to get a smirk. I called and called. Nope, no one with any intelligence would take the call. At last, one finally let me down easy telling me that my 30 days were up. Ouch! (what a hag) Very frustrating. Normally I never give up. Sometimes you just get sick of the scammers. Life is too short. Soooo, Went to Thomas Eye Group in Newnan. What a difference. And yes, Mobley Eye Care didnt even get close to my prescription. Take Heed, and Protect your hard earned money. Do Not Even Go In That Store!

I took my daughter to get her first eye exam because she has been having problems seeing in class.....The staff was friendly and so was the doc..Well here it is 5 whole weeks later and still nobody has called me about my daughters glasses and I been calling every week and still no glasses yet..At this point I just want a refund, this is ridiculous! Was i scammed or what?? Please go elsewhere and not here!

My daughter referred me to Mobley and Im so glad she did! From the moment I signed in to the time I selected my frames, nothing but professionalism! Sometimes you get one bad employee. Not here. Smiling, caring, and most importantly patient! Im very picky and they waited until I was happy! Thanks, Ill be SEEING you annually.......

I went to Mobley in Feb and would highly recommend them to any and everyone. Staff is wonderful and the atmosphere was very friendly. I was fitted for glasses and contacts and the selection is unreal! I must say that I am very pleased with both products. Sharpsburg location is open on Saturdays and that was perfect for me!

i would like everyone know that this is the best place in town, my daughter was diagnosed with an eye problem, that no one was ever close to, and the office staff are very friendly and has the best knowledge of the glasses and lens that you need!!! i will never go anywhere else, the dr is amazing!!!

It is 1:30 on a friday, they were so kind to take me in last minute. They were very patient, and they were very nice. Every single person i spoke with was beyond exceptional. I am so thankful. I wish i could do more than give a rating because thisnwas the bebst exipirence ive had at any eye care.

I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get one that afternoon and even though I was running behind due to traffic they told me no problem, see you when you get here. When I arrived I was greeted at the door. The staff and the Dr were friendly and cordial.

i just recently went in to get an eye exam, it was last minute they took me with no problem, dr. Roberts was amazing and when it came time for my glasses, I was shown different ones and I absolutely love them!! I recommend this office to everyone

Best place in Fayetteville!!! Staff is so helpful and very informative. Doctor Roberts was very friendly and professional. Great selection of glasses to choose from! Will definitely be back for future eye exams and even to just buy new glasses.

I visited the Austell Mobley Eye Care and boy can I tell you how disappointed I am with the service that I received. It has to be a better eye doctor/office in the Cobb area. I will NEVER go back to Mobley Eye Care AGAIN.
