Dr. Howard is great, unfortunately if you dont get an appointment first thing you will never be seen on time due to them shoving patients in like sardines. Also the staff isnt great at answering the phone seems like I always have to leave a message to get in touch with anyone.

Never answers the phone and takes 5+ hours to call back. Staff and Dr.Howard are friendly. However, he believes in more holistic medicine and doesnt like to prescribe medication for depression or similar issues and has tried to pitch his book and hypnotherapy business to me.
