Went in because of ear problems Ive had for over a year. They cleared me up really well; I cant believe how clear my hearing is. The doctor was very informative and nice. The wait was 45 minutes but I think that was because I got there right after work when other people were doing the same. This is what health care should be: affordable, maybe not fancy or elaborate, but seeing a real doctor who really gets the job done. They took my BCBS insurance, and the copay was the best $25 Ive ever spent. She was also nice enough to make a follow-up call a few days later to see how I was progressing. I dont know that all Little Clinics are this good, but Ill definitely be re-visiting this one for quick affordable care if other simple needs come up in the future.

I only waited for about 20 minutes to be seen. While I was waiting I went into a coughing fit, and as I tried to tell the nurse through gasps and tears that I was going to buy myself a bottle of water, she generously handed me two. The doctor (Michelle?) was super friendly and personable, and Im guessing her diagnosis was correct because I was feeling better within the next two days. Finally, two days later, I received a call from Beth checking to make sure that I was feeling better and to see if I had any questions.

Had a horrible ear infection and made it to the clinic at 6:55 pm. There was one person in front of me and the front desk said they would not be able to see me since they closed at 7:30 pm. Showed zero compassion and tried to make some excuse about their tough day. Honestly, if you are dealing with sick people, they dont care nor do they want to hear about some lame excuse about your crazy day. Save that for your significant other. Wont be back.

Signed in online at 10:00 and the site said I would be clear to go at 11:30. Got here at 11:30 and the woman at the front desk said there would be another hour wait. After sitting for 2 hours it was 1:30pm before the doctor got finished seeing 2 people in front of us. Dont go here. Just go to a different little clinic or a physician.

Their was only 1 another person and me and it took them 1 hour and 15 mins to see me. Worst Service I have ever got. Dont go their just drive to a another clinic thats bigger and can handle more people. All I had was a sore throat and it took more than a 1 to see me and get my meds and leave. DO NOT GO

Took my son yesterday to see Nurse practitioner Jones at The Little Clinic. Very attentive and great with my eight-year-old son. Walked right in. Kroger filled the antibiotic prescription within 30 minutes of our visit. Very simple.

It was really nice having someone at a front desk to answer questions. It was also very affordable (I am a cash patient). There was a short wait, and the care was exceptional.
