I went in this afternoon to get sports physicals for my two middle school sons. I have never been to this clinic, but since both of my children see doctors in the Vanderbilt system I thought it made sense. We have even used the same pediatrician for 17 years. And both my wife and I are patients within the Vanderbilt system in Williamson County. After signing in we were called to the reception desk where Natalie asked for my insurance card that has all of our children listed. She then asked for legal guardianship or adoption papers for my boys. I was highly offended by this and embarrassed for my sons. I have never in 17 years been asked to provide this. We are not the same skin color, I am white and they are both brown. Actually six of my seven children are brown. Obviously this is not my first trip to a clinic or hospital. And as I mentioned before both of our boys are patients of Vanderbilt. The manner in which Natalie spoke to me was also demeaning and offensive. She kept quoting Hippa and saying these are the rules and I could go on their website and read them. We left explaining, we would not be returning. I will not, thankfully we have choices. I went to another walk-in clinic that we have been to previously and were not even questioned, except asking for my pic ID and insurance.

Let me tell you about Dr. Keren Holmes. First of all, she dresses inappropriately for a doctor. She looks like courtney love. The last time I was there, her cleavage was hanging out so far it was disgusting. She wears jeans and smelly tennis shoes. She is never on time. She also is unsympathetic toward people with no health insurance. She is more interested in protecting herself from a lawsuit than helping her patients. She argued with me every time I went there. I am twenty years older than she is but she knows more about me than I do, or so she thinks. Untrue. Had I followed her "instructions," I would have endured some painful, humiliating "tests" for no reason. She is part of the conspiracy by doctors to spread the wealth and demand tests that are unnecessary. Ive moved many times in my life and have had numerous doctors. She is by far the least cooperative, worst physician I have ever met, let alone had the misfortune of having provide care for me. She has been routinely rude to my wife, especially after she realized who she was married to. Keren Holmes is no doctor. Her physical exams never were thorough. Her manner was terrible and she should be a vet, not a human doctor. If you use her, youll regret it.

I recommend Dr. Keren Holmes to anyone who wants a thorough physician who is also compassionate. My whole family sees her. We are self pay, and she is cognizant about this, which is why she recommended me to bring my kids to the health department for immunizations, but I bring them to her for everything else. There is NO " conspiracy by doctors to spread the wealth and demand tests that are unnecessary" as a below crazy man (and probably his wife or girlfriend ) review mentions. Seeing a physician is a choice. If you want a physician to just write prescriptions without doing appropriate tests to monitor the medications or diagnose you correctly, then Dr. Holmes is not your doctor. If you want a physician to do tests to diagnose you correctly (yes, this may mean doing tests), and monitoring you carefully to make sure that the medications/treatment "do no harm" as in the Hippocratic Oath that all doctors take, then Dr.Holmes would be a wonderful doctor for you and your family..

I had a great first experience with Vanderbilt and Dr Holmes. She and her staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. As this was my first vist I had a lot of medical information to share. I was given the time by Dr Holmes to explain everything about my medical past. Dr Holmes listened, understood and explained all my options. I will recommend her and Vanderbilt to my entire family. As for the reviews below from Elizabeth and Leroy, I think I know them. It is a shame they were released to early from their mental institution. Maybe Dr Holmes can help them eventually.

As a new resident of the area, I was very happy to find this group! I randomly went with Dr. Keren Holmes. She is an amazing family practice doctor and her care for her patients shines through even in my first meeting of her. She is able to explain things in a way that is professional yet almost motherly in a sense. I recommend anyone switching doctors or just moved to the area to definitely go with the practice and especially Dr. Holmes.

I have never had any sort of issue here. The longest wait Ive ever had in the waiting room or waiting for the doctor was about 10 minutes. The staff has always been friendly and on top of things. Theres only been one nurse I havent been impressed with and even then it wasnt anything bad. They are quick, but Ive never felt rushed or like the doctor was in too big of a hurry to listen to me or ask questions.

The experience has always been a good one. These Doctors are never rude and the staff is wonderful. I am truly grateful for the years of service they have all provided for my family in a time of need. I am so very thankful for them and hope you get to know them to be as a wonderful helping experience as I have in the past.

Doctor and facility were both nice. The first and basic doctors visit is $252!! I was shocked when I opened the bill! They say any revisits are only $175! This was for a simple sinus infection. They simply listened to my lungs. Thats way more expensive than other walk in clinics! These people charge too much!

Love Dr. Coleman-Dockey she is thoughtful about my health and is pleasant. She is the main reason I come there. Why not 5 stars, nurses are not friendly but does the job only. Wish they were friendlier.

I have been several times the last few weeks for myself and daughters and we have received excellent care. I love they are open on weekends and late in the day for working parents.

Very rude over the phone. They need to teach their employees some basic courtesy. Too many Red Neck staff in this clinic
