While I appreciate the convenient hours that this facility is open, the quality of care that Ive received during both of my visits here has been less-than-stellar. The front desk staff is very friendly, but the medical staff is a whole different story. I feel like the assessments by the medical staff both times have been inadequate with a frighteningly minimal examination of my symptoms. My actual face time with the doctor both times was less than 5 minutes, and each time I left feeling that I had very little knowledge about what my actual diagnosis ultimately was. On my most recent visit, I was told that I would receive a phone call regarding the results of tests that were given to me that day, but I never received one. I called them 5 days later and was told "Oh, its negative," not even knowing what the test was negative for. Perhaps if you are simply looking for a doctors note this place would suffice, but the next time that I need after-hours care, Id rather just go to the ER and leave knowing exactly what is going on.

I would actually give NO stars if that was an option!!!!! Like most of the people who have commented on here, I feel the nurse was short and rude however the Dr was absolutely horrible to the extent that at one point in the conversation I actually had to tell her that I would expect for her to be professional to which she replied, "You started it." Also, when I asked for my loved ones primary specialist to be contacted regarding the diagnostic results she told me that this "wasnt her job" In fact, the only thing she did do was tell us how we had to go to the ER for further evaluation because my loved one needed to be admitted and she "wouldnt be responsible." In my 20+ years as a Healthcare professional I have never seen such blatant disrespectful behavior by a physician. I will NEVER be back and will be certain to follow up accordingly with the appropriate people.

We have always had good enough experiences here (thats why the 3 stars), and I have recommended this place to many people. However, today I took my son there because he split his head open and needed stitches. They told me when I got there that the doctor on duty had just had eye surgery and could not perform any stitch procedures today. I just have one question....why on earth would you allow a physician who is not fit for duty to work and also be the only doctor there for the day? It is almost like they dont want the patients to be there. We ended up leaving and going over to Porters 24 hr ER on Roosevelt in town, and they could not have been nicer and more efficient. In and out in less than an hour. I will definitely think twice before going back to this St. Marys location and also am not sure I want to recommend them to anyone else either.

When I was using my phone to look up the address, I saw the negative reviews. Weve been here several times with no problems. Yesterday was another story. You can definitely believe the reviews that say the staff is rude. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Everyone else was not. We were blown off more than once when trying to explain updates to medical history and meds/allergies. They didnt think it pertained to the current situation. Im sorry. Any updates to medical history are pertinent. There was no kind of admission done other than vitals. Like I said, some info has changed. Theyd rather be rude and gossip.

Dr. Needs to perform an actual exam next time ... Dont know how you determine a child has a fracture vs sprain by standing over them and simply looking.. Also, after taking copy of x-ray done here to a REAL doctor, they easily determined the x-ray shown a fracture. The radiologist here doesnt know how to read x-rays apparently as both radiologist and doctor both agreed no fracture was present..but I can easily see a fracture on the image myself...and I have basic experience with reading xrays. Not worth your time folks especially if you want peace of mind.

Im not sure what all the bad reviews are about but if you plan to see a physician, Angie Tursman is AMAZING! She looks at the whole picture and tries to fix the actually cause, not just the symptoms. The lab nurses have always been fantastic. I cant say much about the admissions employees or other offices but you wont be disappointed with Tursman and her care philosophy.

My son went in for an x-ray, fell asleep waiting for registration, and my wife had to call 3 different times to finally facilitate getting the x-ray sent to the doctor to let her know that, yes, he has a broken arm! Dont take your kids there - the nurses seem more concerned with posting on facebook that they want to get out than taking care of children!

Yet again having to contact St. Marys to get my sons x-ray sent to the doctor, as it was done Tuesday and today is Friday. If you get an x-ray, be sure to follow up with the tech, because apparently she doesnt think making sure a little boys x-ray gets to his doctor is important.

The doctors here are not all bad, but my husband had a horrible experience with them being inconsiderate and not addressing his problems, but the office staff and the nurses are horrible! I have had nothing but problems being disrespected, and embarrassed by the staff. Im done.

Very good experience here. Staff was very friendly/helpful. The doctor was very competent in figuring out how to address my elderly fathers issues. I even called back twice that evening with questions and they were very courteous and helpful.

Yes my experience was similar to everybody else is horrible both times Ive went to these people total disrespect to me from the doctor I will never go back to these people again this place is deplorable

Even on labor day people need immediate care, drove all the way there and theyre closed?! Some elderly lady was brought by her elderly husband cuz shes having a stroke and they were closed! Sad
