I have been going to Dentistry by design for about 5 years now. In that time I have had multiple cleanings, a few cavities filled, and have had a mouthguard made; all of my experiences have been positive. The mouthguard has made a world of a difference in my overall sleep quality and I no longer have tension headaches related to my clenching/grinding/TMJ. The payment plan for the mouthguard was reasonable and well worth it! Dr. Robinette is a very competent dentist and does not make any recommendations outside of what is necessary for my dental health. The office staff is always welcoming and friendly and the environment is very cozy. I highly recommend Dentistry by Design!

They offered me a script for valium the night before my surgery, for what i thought was to help with anxiety. They ended up charging me $275 to monitor me because I opted this route (insurance did not cover). They called it a type of "sedation". I had 2 dry sockets and asked for a stronger medicine. I was treated like a junkie and given tramadol. Stay away from them. They bill you for everything you have and leave out the details. I suffered in pain for over a week with weak medication and a hole burned through my pocket. BEWARE!

By far one of the best dental offices I have been to. I had a serious dental emergency and they accommodated me tremendously. Very welcoming and pleasant. I live 1.5 hrs away, I drive from Clarksville, TN to Spring Hill, TN because Dr. Robinette is an amazing oral surgeon and very hardworking. I dont know many dentist that will fit you in to their schedule with only a 1 day notice. Or perform an emergency dental implant on a Friday afternoon at 5pm. I am forever a loyal patient.

I believe they did a good job, but once we paid and then compared charges with two other local providers, they were about 15% higher on price...we do not have dental insurance, so this was disappointing to find out. They also charged for 3 x-rays when we were dealing with only 2 teeth and quoted us a price that did not include all charges...all reservations are billing related, but when you are looking at thousands of dollars this matters a lot to me!

Dr. Robinette and his staff have always been awesome in my eyes. They do whatever they can to help you, they have always worked with my schedule and Dr Robinette continues his education within the field. Very polite and professional and I thank God daily that I have them.

They dentists and staff care a lot about me and my family. Everyone is very personable, and theyre very accommodating to our needs. I had a few issues following a root canal, and they were able to see me outside of regular business hours on a Saturday!
