I have been seeing Dr. Linda Enciso at Memorial Eye at West Oaks Mall for my eye exams for some time now and wouldnt think of entrusting my eyes to anyone else. She was professional, knowledgeable and she genuinely cared about me and keeping my eyes healthy. Her staff is outstanding but I especially wanted to mention two of them by name. Broderick is the office Manager and when I arrived for my appointment they were busy but he came out to greet me, kept me updated about when I would be seen and got me signed in right away. When it was time to see Dr. Enciso, her assistant, Jamie took care of me. She was warm and friendly and she made me feel comfortable the whole time. She answered my questions and gave me explanations that I could understand. The whole experience was like no other Doctors office visit that I have ever had. No one ever wants to go to a doctors visit unless they have too but I must say that I would gladly to this office anytime. Thank you Memorial Eye for a great experience.

I 1st visited this location about a year ago and was wowed at that time of the extremely HIGH LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM AND OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE ENTIRE STAFF FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN UP UNTIL TODAY WHEN I WORE MY UODATE TRIAL PRESCRIPTION IM WELL FOREVER BE A MEMORIAL EYE CUSTOMER!!!! I had an eye exam here, and it was a wonderfully pleasant experience. The assistants were super friendly and nice as well as the doctor who was caring and thorough with the results. A very welcoming yet professional place worth recommending!
