I was in so much pain and on the brink of giving up. I was beginning to feel defeated as I walked in to what was my fourth dental screening. Growing up, I was covered through Tricare dental due to my Dads military status. I was not prepared for the hardship that accompanied trying to finance a Root canal without insurance. After hours of appointments and calling around, I was able to locate an office that networked with the discount plan, Careington Care 500. When I walked in to the Dr. Dental office in Ltyle Texas, my hopes were rather low. I had very little expectation regarding immediate action taken on my tooth. Dr. Lotz and her staff were saints. They treated me so kindly. I truly believe that Lord prompted them to call the Marbach location and request a same day apt. for me. At this point, I was almost moved to tears. I remained reluctant, however, I drove to the Marbach location with a bit of returning hope. When I arrived, I was greeted By Leti and Jessica, who were extremely attentive to my needs. Although, I knew that same day work was not promised, I was grateful for their kindness. Leti was able to locate my patient information and did not insist that I fill it out a second time. The dental tech who took my X-ray was very kind as well. She was patient and reassured me that they would try and do all that they could to help me. At this point, I was unsure if I could even afford the start of the procedure, however, my hope remained. Jessica came into the room and gave me the most incredible news along with a great payment. She was so understanding of my financial situation. She worked extremely hard at allowing me to get started with work on my mouth. Dr. Hansley was AMAZING. Her compassion almost moved me to tears several times. I couldnt thank her enough for starting the procedure and making it affordable for me. This was the first time in 72 hours that I was not crying due to pain or the denial of treatment. Her assistant, Destiny, was awesome as well. She was very comforting during the procedure and attentive to both my needs as well as Dr. Hansleys. Overall, my experience with Dr. Dental was unforgettable. I am so grateful that they are in this industry. Its like finding a good mechanic; "when you know, you know". I am so grateful to have located this dental office and would recommend Dr. Hansley, Dr. Lotz, and their staff to anyone in need of dental assistance. Thank you again everyone. Got a phone call the day before my kids appointment saying "unfortunately we will not be open tmrw. I work in the dental field myself and that is not acceptable to call A DAY BEFORE. This worker had no excuse and didnt apologize. All she asked was "would you like to reschedule?" Well duh I HAVE TO CAUSE YOU WILL BE "UNFORTUNATELY CLOSED TMRW!" Switching offices because I had this appointment scheduled 6 months ago from my kids last appointment and Had the nerve to call me the day before.

Absolutely love this office. Everyone is super friendly and they will go out of your way to make you comfortable. Im afraid of everything has has to do with hospitals, dentists, etc but they stay patient with me everytime :) oh and if you need to bring your kids they have free drinks, snacks, and a PlayStation to keep them busy. If youre looking for a new office just know that you wont have a bad visit

First timer Totally awesome environment and experience, staff was very friendly, took care of the insurance claim, very easy paperwork, provided entertainment plus free drinks. explained everything that was going to done first and make sure I was comfortable with it, always made sure I was doing ok during the procedure Highly recommend it
