This is hands down, THE best dental office ive ever been to. They really care about you. They tell you what theyll be doing to you and tell you prices of what your insurance doesnt cover instead of just doing it and then charging you. They guide you step by step on what they do as they do it so you can be prepared. EVERYONE in the facility is sweet as can be. And Dr. Brandon is THE best dentist! He keeps you calm, he jomes around with you and keeps your mind occupied so you dont focus on being scared if you dont like dentists. I cant believe I can actually say that I enjoy going to the dentist, and its only because of every staff member in the facility. Oh, and it doesnt smell like a dentist either!!! They use those scentsy waxes in EVERY room to keep it from smelling like a traditional dentistry. This place is absolutely amazing. Ive recommended my fiance to go there and everyone else I know. They take a ton of different insurances so look them up or give them a call and they can tell you. Just absolutely amazing!

Office staff and doctors were friendly. Making a appt was also easy. Knocked off 3 stars because they did not have my insurance and what it covered confirmed prior to my appt. Even after making it weeks prior. This caused me to leave visit with no treatment plan, no idea of costs, etc. My visit was solely just some x rays and a quick look into my mouth. No cleaning was done, but Im sure that visit will be billed as my annual exam and cleaning to insurance. I was told I would receive a call the next day once my insurance was confirmed and have a treatment plan available. I had to call myself a week later and there still had been no confirmation of what my insurance covered and thus no treatment plan available. Was told they would call me back once again.

Ive gone to Stillwater for six years, and have been seen by Dr Brandon for the last three. The BEST dentist Ive ever been to! The WHOLE staff are SUPER! Had a crown put on earlier this year. During the 20-30 mins of prep that needed done to fit the temporary crown in place they didnt say a word to each other. Was like they were reading each others mind! He never had to ask for a thing, it was ready when he moved a hand. The best part was that one minute hed be singing and shed be humming, and then shed sing and hed hum.....and not bad at all! Great attitude in every person there! Wish I could have had dentist like this 50 years ago when I was a kid! Have to move to Ohio and sure will miss this bunch. Thanks Stillwater Dental, yall are too fun!!

My wife and I are very happy with the clinic. Every one is nice and treat patients with quality professional friendly care. Receptionist Erika is so sweet and friendly. Doctor Archer is so nice .Treat patients with respect. Unlike other clinic where we were before, treat patients like production line. My wife wants to say special thanks to her hygenist Yen. She is awesome. She takes care her cleaning very good and very friendly.i also like my hygenist Jeanna. She is very good with her talent and good friendly personality​. If someone looks for good dentist and good hygenist and good clean clinic and good receptionist, this is a great place choose. You will be happy with them.

Wow where to start. So, the appt was for my wife and kids at 9:45. We showed up at 9:35 and filled out paperwork. My daughter went back at 10:15 my wife at 10:20. My son went back at 11:15 and my other at 11:35. In all it took 2 1/2 hours for 3 appt that were scheduled back to back. Then the lady dentist tells my daughter that she needs to brush her teeth better because they are disgusting even though she only had 1 cavity. She tells my wife that she needed some crowns. When she asked to have them pulled instead she said no your too young. Since when can someone else tell you what you can and can not do to or with your body? She was rude and inconsiderate. Never going back!

Will never use again! Paid thousands for crown, but fitment requires temp crown and made office aware of our trip and concerns. Temp crown broke, assured it wouldn’t before and ended up paying $$$ for temp because we were out of state and no additional medical coverage. Let them know several times, and no follow up or concern, or even acknowledgement to the quality. No choice but to complete the with the permanent crown, to our surprise received additional bills which we have contacted main office to the issue, no resolution so far. Seems like all friendly staff but avoids conflict resolution, and we ask as friendly as possible to notify on the issues!

Amazing experience I called yesterday afternoon and got a next day early morning appt Staff was pleasant and was prepared for my visit had my insurance already checked. I saw dr roger branden this morning he took time to explain everything to me about my teeth and was very honest didnt try to rob me and recommend things I did not need. I came to him after being told by another office I needed a deep cleaning I wanted a second opinion he was honest advised me I did not and I am confident in his recommendation. So often we go to dental offices that just try to take your money not the case here I have found my new dental home!

Outstanding dental care and service!!! It must be part of the required skill set to work at Stillwater Dental that the employee must consistently demonstrate the utmost respect, kindness, and professionalism to all who enter their doors. Seriously, you can even hear their smiles over the phone. Ive been a patient of Dr. Brandons since 2011 and have NEVER been displeased with the care or service received. Ive NEVER had to wait beyond my appointment time and they are very flexible with scheduling. Do yourself a favor. Stop what youre doing and switch to Stillwater Dental right now!

Stillwater Dental Care hosted my little family and they did such a great job! My 3 year old had her first dentist visit there and they were very sweet and patient with her. My husband usually doesnt like dentist app but he was very comfortable and didnt feel like we were being over priced for service. We will definitely be back for sure! Didnt feel like just another office visit, they actually engaged in convo and gave us our full options. If you have had bad dentist visit like we have in the past try this place Im positive youll have a turn around!

Horrible customer service. I went in trying to explain a bill and what the insurance had said to me to give to them so they can send with their EOB and the receptionist said they wouldnt take it. I had to explain that was the way for the insurance to know so they could cover the bill and she kept interrupting me and refused to let me explain and was very hateful. Definitely not a person that should be working with people. The service was just okay and I left there with a very sore mouth (no cavities). I would NOT recommend this place at all.
