Absolute worst experience I have had in the 20+ years of owning pets. Multiple instances of them providing misinformation that would have cost me more money and could have posed a medical risk to my dog. I dont trust a word that anyone says at this location. I have had the Banfield care plan 2 years now, and moving up north decided to bring my pet to the Liberty Banfield for an annual visit. I will now be making the drive down to Belton because they are much more knowledgeable. Twice the Liberty Banfield provided misinformation, and when I got mad about it the practice manager only seems interested in telling me to "treat her employees with respect". I think I have a right to get mad when the Vet Tech heavily insinuated that I was lying twice - first she told me they dont write written prescriptions, and twice she told me that I couldnt get my dogs HeartGuard from a Walmart Pharmacy. Point of fact, it was the Belton Banfield that gave me the written prescription (and yes the electronic version WAS in Liberty medical record), and it was the Belton Walmart that sold me my dogs prescription heart worm medication. The techs lack of knowledge of simple procedure tells me the she doesnt know what shes doing, and I think that gives me the right to ask for a new Vet Tech. Simple question: If they dont write written prescriptions, how does 1800-pet-meds stay in business? Then, one week later, my boarder called to verify my pets vaccination status, and the Liberty Banfield incorrectly told them he was still due for Bordetella (kennel cough). WARNING: This Banfield has a systemic problem with finding and providing correct information. If you go here, you risk getting incorrect, and possibly even harmful information. Had my boarder just listened to what the Liberty Banfield said my dog would have received multiple Bordetella vaccines, less than a week apart! That is not healthy.

We LOVE Banfield Pet hospital in Liberty, MO for their excellent staff. We started using them because we adopted a small dog a year ago and Dr. Carr was amazing...he actually came out to the aisles to help us pick out a healthy dog food for our little guy before we ever signed up for the program and we were just confused first time dog owners with the amount of choices in dog food. He came out and spoke to us quite awhile about our concerns and instantly put us at ease. Dr. Carr and the rest of the staff was so good to our little guy (everyone knows our dog by name, including the staff at the front desk) and they always go the extra mile to make us feel good about the treatment our dog gets. I read that getting teeth cleanings done for dogs can extend their lives, but I was hesistant only because of the anesthesia used and the risks involved. Dr. Carr took time to speak to us about it and never pressured us to make a decision we werent comfortable with. In the end, he made us feel much better about the decision, and scheduled it so that he would be the doctor on shift that day when our little guy got his teeth cleaned. We cant say enough good things about everyone at the pet hospital, but Dr. Carr especially made us feel so great that when our aging cats vet retired last year, we brought her in and put her on the Petsmart plan also. You can tell he genuinely cares about each of his patients and is so kind and gentle to all animals. We love Banfield and we adore Dr. Carr and his staff.

I love the Banfield Pet Hospital in Liberty MO. Dr. Sims and Dr. Carr are both amazing and very caring towards my two cats! The vet techs are very caring as well. My cats are very needy and do not like the vet and my make sure to make sure my cats are the first to be seen and treated due to there high anxiety. The only problem I have is their prices are very high compared to other vets but they are open early, late and weekends. I would recommend this vet to anyone.

Ive been taking my pets there for 6 years. In all that time, they have never failed to deliver! I have found all of the staff, from the front desk all the way back to the vets, to be cheerful, kind & helpful. Dr. Carr is one of the best vets Ive ever known. They have always taken wonderful care of both of my Basset Hounds. I trust them and I wouldnt take my babies anywhere else.

This place I more like a car salesman then a Animal Hospital. The pricing is ridiculous and seems like they are just money hungry more than they care about the pets. Listen to my opinion please Im sure there are much better places out there!
