My family and I are very happy with the thoughtful care that our dogs receive at Shadow Creek Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Collins is consistently polite, caring, and goes the extra mile to ensure that our dogs are well cared for and healthy. Our dogs actually like going to the clinic, instead of being scared. Dr. Collins is an excellent listener and will explain things so that we understand, and he does not mind getting our input or our questions. He is a "hands on" vet who takes the time to figure out what is bothering our pets. We are so glad that we found him.

I love everyone here! Dr. Collins and Dr. Frank are so sweet and attentive! They always answer all our questions and address all our concerns. I own three pitbulls, and ALWAYS feel like family when I come in. My doggies & I love the entire staff. Everyone is super sweet, attentive, polite, friendly, caring and professional! More than anything I truly appreciate Dr. Collins and Dr. Franks honesty. They are the absolute BEST! when i requested my dogs records the employees wasted my time with ridiculous stalling tactics… they are liars & dishonest an it was annoying having to request my dogs records literally 8 times before they finally provided the information we requested… they wasted my time for days before finally giving us the records we wanted… this place was completely unprofessional all because they didnt want us to start using 1800PETMEDS

Hands down, best veterinarian I have ever come across. Funny story - I started bringing my dogs to see Dr. Collins several years ago. My mom moved to Pearland just last year and before I could recommend him, she said shed been referred to a vet by several people already. Come to find out it was Shadow Creek! She has two small cats and I have two large dogs, and theyre all treated wonderfully. I cant thank them enough!

My beautiful dog Scruffles and I met Dr. Collins and his kind staff yesterday at 1:30p for what would be Scruffs final trip. Collins walked us through what we to expect and fully supported the decision to lay her down easy. I would recommend him to anyone in the Pearland area who is desperately needing a kind, gentle and calming person to help you make the last, best decision for your puppy.

Best experience Ive had at a vet. Trusted the other reviews on Google when I first moved here and they did not serve me wrong. Dr. Collins and his staff are amazing and I know our dogs are in great hands. They sit on the floor and treat them and approach each dog different as our dogs are very different. Highly recommend this vet! Have been here 4 times now as our dog struggles with allergies.

Everyone here is fantastic!! They took great care of my cats and put my mind at ease. Dr. Frank was able to answer all of my questions without making me feel silly (which I may have asked just a few since Im a bit neurotic about my cats health). I definitely would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a vet.

Dr. Collins is above and beyond, hands-down the BEST vet. Jaxon, my deaf mutt, loves him. He has even answered panicked calls from me late in the evening when I fed my roommates dog grapes and chocolate by accident. His staff, Coy and Nancy, are just as caring and kind as he is.

Great, helpful, and reliable team. We bored our dogs here on a regular basis, both Aeva and Chunk love coming and weve never had trouble getting them in. The Drs are excellent, take their time explaining the details, and are truly concerned about your pets well being.
