Dont waste your time here if youre facing an infection thats killing your cat. Their office visit fee goes up 15$ for "emergency" care. Making it over 80$ just to get the cat into the office... College student waiting tables with a cat that got an infection and cant hold food down or walk very well right now. Their resolution is credit card application. And when your declined.. Their response is "youre not approved so its not our problem. " I understand its business and theyre there for a living too. But all he needs is a freaking ass antibiotic to live. Aside from the arrogant condescending office staff . It was . Well honestly more upsetting than anything else.

We had to put our beloved almost 15 schnauzer to sleep today. We knew it was coming but waited until we knew it was time. This clinic accepted us on a Saturday morning when every other place was closed. They were extremely busy. Everyone was very professional and caring. We were 6th euthanized animal at their clinic this morning. I know this has to be very hard on the staff but I want them to know how much I appreciate their concern and condolences when we are making such difficult decisions at such an emotional time.

Mr. Howard is a rude, thinks he knows it all, spoiled as a child, idiot. Glad we moved to a different clinic. Im almost positive this guy cant read and possible bought his degree from an online fake degree store. Also the staff here is the worst. Why is everyone that works here so angry, hateful and condescending. All the people that work here obviously hate thier job beyond reason. It shows in how they talk and deal with thier customers. So pitiful and tiny they are...

I have taken my dogs here since I moved to North East Texas. I couldnt be happier than to endorse their services. Bad things happen to pets, they get sick or injured. These are the folks you want helping you at that time. At the end, with my beloved lab that left me all too soon, they were there. Gentle and kind as the great beast slipped into his last quiet slumber with the dignity and grace I hope I find when my time comes.

West Loop Animal Hospital is the absolute best! All of our babies for about 30 years have been patients here and we love everyone. Our two granddogs go for daycare every other week and they cannot wait to get there to see their friends. Our West Loop family has been with us in happy times and sad and have truly comforted us when needed. We will not ever go anywhere else.

They have taken excellent care of our Babys, (dogs) since 2006. They are the only Veterinary Clinic open on Saturday, which helps those of us that have weekday work hours.

Dont care about helping any family pet if you dont have money up front for er bill. Will not except payment plan. There is no justice for family pets.
