First time using Medicaid since I lost my blue cross insurance to get my teeth cleaned and have x rays done. I was Surprised by how POORLY one can be treated at a Dentists Office. The Blonde Dental Hygenist wanted to prove so badly that she knew about STUFF that she wasnt able to answer any of my questions or give me information I was inquiring about...if I could sum up her customer service skills; it would be a toss up between Terrible and Condescending. Oh, dont worry about making appointments. Theyre great at doing that, but good luck trying to keep them. They will just call you 8 times the week prior to your appointment to reschedule the day and time. Because no one has jobs apparently? Ive definitely done that to my Doctors Office more than a few times; BUT Ive never had or heard of any type of doctors doing that to their own patients!! Im in school, and Im just grateful they couldnt get the chance to screw up my work hours and henceforth my pay. If I had a cavity, I would happily live with it over ever going back to Access Dental.

My family and I just left this dentist after three incidents of unprofessional behavior and incompetent dental service. 1.We were kept apart from our 4 year old daughter when she began screaming in the office, even after demanding to be let in we were denied entry until we threatened to kick the door down. 2. The "office manager" spoke extremely rudely and sarcastically, ridiculing and teasing my upset wife, when she calmly requested our daughters dental records 3. The dentist charted an impending cavity but neglected to tell my wife about it during three subsequent visits, leading her now to require a root canal. I would highly discourage anyone, ecspecially children, from ever going near this substandard dental office.

My Family and I are new to the area and are Military. We have small children and went to this office for them to be seen. Wow they came out smiling and happy after thier dental visits, my daughter insisted on writing a note to the doctor that reads " I love when Dr.Rose cleans my teethit is fun and she is fun, she is a great doctor." When we gave it to the receptionist the doctor came right out and thanked my daughter. I could not imagine going anywhere else!!! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE FOR DENTAL HEALTH. (SGT. USAF)

I dont have any complaints when it comes to Acess Dental. Im always treated with respect,greeted with a smile and have the pleasure of listening to positive phrasing throughout my visit.If Im not smiling going in Im certainly Smiling coming out, cant ask for much more from a dental visit.Great access to the Downtown Dover neighborhood.

I had a great visit at Access Dental today! I was seen on time, fillings were done with no needle pain due to the gentle and caring spirit of Dr. Karen Rose. Out of there in no time flat! By the way - did I mention that the newly expanded office looks great? Well it does....

Awesome facility, friendly staff, genuine dentist. I wouldnt recommend any other dentist in the area. Dr. Rose really cares about her patients and treats my entire family like family when we come for appts.
