I took my 3 year old there to have a tooth extracted and I will say the actual dental experience was fine. I did feel like after the procedure I saw a Dentist for a few seconds and he explained nothing. Everything after this has been a nightmare as far as billing goes. Ive never had a provider who will do nothing to help when insurance denies a claim due to something the dentist did not include. The billing representative is rude and unprofessional. My other daughter needs a tooth extracted and I wont go back there.

This place is HORRIBLE !!! If I could give zero stars I would. I recently moved to the area from out of state and needed a dentist. Boy did we pick the wrong one ...their billing practices are horrible every time I go there they tell me my insurance will cover it , however when I return for the next appointment mysteriously I have a balance ?!?!? Then they are quick to send your account to collections. WATCH OUT!!!!!

I have went there one time, and my experience here was great. The staff are fantastic and the dentist is very knowledgeable, and informative on procedures. They are great with children and the equipments is very clean.
