Dr. Castillo is great. Super relaxed, friendly, and professional. His office staff leave a lot to be desired though. Ive never had an explicitly bad experience with them per se, but smiles, if you get any at all, seem very forced and they just generally made me feel like I was bothering them when asking them for literally anything. Like I said, not necessarily bad but certainly not good in regards to staff. Once you get to see Dr. Castillo though, everything is a pleasant experience beyond that.

Went in for some blood work and the doctor told me I would have to come back a later date. After doing the test and the second blood test it has been a week and still no reply on the perscription or the results from the office. Just got off the phone with the desk and they informed me that i have to go back in for another blood test and visit before they can do anything for my condition. Very unprofessional staff and dont get in a rush or expect to be treated if you choose this office.

I have been seeing Dr. Castillo for the last 10 years. He is very professional. He listens. It is very easy to get in to see him. He is very thorough. His office staff are warm and friendly. He is also my husbands physician. If you are looking for a physician in the Humble area, I highly recommend Dr. Castillo. As a licensed professional nurse, I value him as my personal physician and colleague.

Appointment dont mean much to them. Waited and waited and finally left. Never saw the doctor and no one went there to check or to say that the doctor was running behind. Or if he was even there.
