The visit with the optometrist was fine, the girls working in the front are very unprofessional. I couldnt even understand the girl I spoke with on the phone, she was talking very fast and her pitch was going up and down like an annoying valley girl. I cant stand girls who talk like that (shoot me please!) I mixed my trial contacts up and I called to see if I could get a replacement pair while Im waiting for my contacts to come in the mail and the girl on the phone told me I couldnt get another trial pair because it was "almost a month ago", but it was only 2 weeks ago. Im going back to Sears, they have never given me trouble and they have given me trial contacts before when something happened to my contacts and I didnt have any back-ups or if I was waiting on my contacts to arrive in the mail. The only reason I came here is because Sears optical was closed on my day off. BOO to this place!
