Called to see if the glasses were ready for pickup and they were but no one told me they close at 12:30pm to 1:45 pm. Got there at 12:30pm to pick up the glasses and all the girls were inside, I knock on the window just to see if they could just give me the glasses I was picking up and they didnt even look up. I also called and they just looked at the phone and none of them grab the phone and picked up. After like 10 minutes they all came out and didnt even acknowledge me with a "Hi", "Good afternoon", "We will be back", nothing! What a great customer service they have huh?

Worst place I have ever been in my 19 years of using glasses , I had to go back about five times to get my lence fixed over a reflection that bothered me a lot , after picking up my glasses the fifth time the reflection was gone but I feel like the prescription on the lense was to strong and kept giving me headache. I gaved up in this place and I am going somewhere else like wallmart eye center that I know they will do a better job. Worst money expended on prescription glasses , told the doctor and he brushed it off like he didnt care.
