On December 30th, 2009 i couldnt find a Doctor or Ophthalmologist open for business due to the "New Years Eve" break....I had extreme pain in my eye that finally made me check myself into the emergency room. After many exams at the hospital i was told i had a severe "Pink Eye Infection". Two days later my severe pain was worse and i was 90% blind on one eye. After asking friends to help me find a good doctor or even an appointment anywhere i was told by a friend about the LASER EYE CENTER OF MIAMI where he was treated by great staff and excellent Doctors months before. As soon as i called L.E.C.M. i was told to come in for an emergency appointment. Dr. Awad and staff were very understanding and professional to me and within minutes i was under the right treatment and the correct diagnose of TOXOPLASMOSIS. (extremely dangerous). If not treated properly by the entire staff at the LASER EYE CENTER OF MIAMI i would have lost sight in my eye or even worse...both eyes. A month later i was told by Bascom Palmer staf i needed to thank everyone there for saving my eyesight and more... THANK YOU Laser Eye Center Of Miami for a great treatment! Sam Duque MIAMI

After much hesitations I went through a PRK laser vision correction procedure at the Laser Eye Center back in 2006. I just checked my eyes there and I still have 20/20 vision with the ability to read without glasses. My over 10 years post operative experience is nothing but a life changing experience as far as going from -6.5 diopters to a great vision. Great center for all your eye care.

I had a great experience at Laser Eye Center of Miami. The surgery is very much affordable specially if you have a good credit. The doctors are great and very experienced. I strongly recommend this place to all who are interested in laser eye surgery.

I recently had a lasix consultation to correct my myopia and astigmatism on both eyes. I found the staff to be extremely professional and friendly also, they are reasonably priced. I would def. recommend The Laser Eye Center of Miami.
