The online scheduling is a nice feature and the optometrist was professional and absolutely wonderful but there were some drawbacks to the experience. The front desk staff were making fun of my name while I was sitting in the waiting room (and I think they were making fun of others names as well). Additionally, the doctor couldnt provide me with an interpupillary distance, only an "estimate". I think this has something to do with being connected to Lens Crafters (so I cant order glasses online) because they said Lens Crafters would measure that when I buy glasses from them.

My family drove from Raleigh because we always have the best experience with Dr. Tart! The staff was amazing from the first phone call to the end of our visit! We loved the fact that we were made to feel important and that our business mattered! We are happily to travel each year for our annual visit because all of the staff treated us like we were more than just a number! Cant wait to see you next year!

Easy to make appointment online; got through exam quickly until computer server went down. While this did delay my appointment by about 20-30 minutes, everyone was pleasant and let me know what was happening so I would not just be sitting there wondering if I was wasting my time!
