Ghettiquette

I recently cut my poor Himalayan while I was attempting to remove mats with groomers buzzers. It was an emergency and I was lucky enough to call during an opening. She required sutures and they were done beautifully. Some more cost effective solutions were discussed and they provided quotes all along the way. Every single member of their staff made me feel better after this ordeal. They even pretended to not see me tearing up over it. So Ill forever love them for that. If youre hesitating or uncertain--bring your baby here. Theyll be in good hands.

I couldnt be happier with this veterinary facility. EVERYONE is so kind and considerate. All three vets are wonderful and truly caring. Youll never feel rushed through. Two of my senior dogs have been their patients. They will squeeze me in when an unexpected illness or injury arises. Even though I live very close, Id be willing to drive an hour to have them take care of my animals. I have that much confidence and satisfaction with Ford Road Animal Clinic.

My cat received fantastic care as an emergency walk-in. I called and they took us right away. Dr. Pete is so nice and you can tell she loves animals. Its more like a "family" atmosphere. Everyone emitted genuine concern and eagerness to give my cat the care she needed. This place will now be our regular vet.

Ive been for two visits so Im still warning up to them. Receptionist is very nice. The technician is awesome and got a pill down my cats throat in less than a second!! The dr who saw my cat takes her time and answers all my questions.
