8 years. My dog is 8 years old and never has had fleas of worms or anything wrong with him. I use to take him to Clarkston Medical, but them dropping the ball and being extremly rude to me has caused me to come to Banfield. I couldnt have regretted it more. This place looks fancy, but is a straight up joke. I bring my dog twice here, scheduled an appointment and everything. They left him sitting in a room for 6 hours before I call to check on him. They didnt know why he was there, EVEN THOUGH I MADE AN APPOINTMENT THE DAY BEFORE FOR HIS EARS. That was the first flag. Then i bring him home and hes no eating, drinking, not being himself. The very next day he is pooping out tape worms. THIS IS AFTER HE PASSED THE PARASITE FECAL EXAM WITH NO PROBLEMS ALEGEDLY. Now the doctor "doesnt have time" to talk on the phone and wont return my calls. BANFIELD IS DROPPING THE BALL. I cant wait to get these so called professionals on the phone. Absolutly disgusted with their level of service and not having any true knowledge of their profession.

I came to this location with my dog for a routine visit and he sustained a fairly significant cut on his leg when he got scared while being weighed on the scale. The front desk staff immediately took action helping me calm my dog and stop the blood. They got me into a room and Dr. Young came in to see my dog immediately. All staff were very calm, polite and helpful, even when other customers were irritated for having to wait slightly longer for their appointment. The cut was a complete accident and Banfield covered all costs related to the injury. I greatly appreciated the staffs kindness as I was probably more panicked than my poor pup. Thank you Dr. Young and staff!

I truly wish I had a good experience here. I took my cat and her newborn kitten in and the veterinary staff was almost helpless. The kittens eyes were closed, and one of them was swollen. One of them said "Oh my gosh its eyes arent open yet! When do they open? Ill have to google that." They prescribed antibiotic ointment topically. today the kitten is a little older and its eyes are open! (Still do not know the sex because the vets couldnt tell that either.) However, the eye that was swollen with puss seems to be blind now, and is not fully opened. (I will be taking it in, but NOT here). I truly feel this kitten couldve had healthy eyesight if given the proper care.

Ive been taking my pooch to Banfield Pet Hospital for ages now and theyve always taken good care of him! Whether it is was just a normal checkup, a minor ear infection, or some other condition, the folks at the Banfield Pet Hospital have always been friendly and compassionate when I bring in my mutt! Give them a try if you have a pet that is in need of medical attention!
