Ill never make the mistake of boarding my guinea pigs here again. First issue was the price. Was told 3 different prices than what I actually paid. First person said $20 per day if the 2 guinea pigs are in the same cage. 2nd said $20 per day for the first pig and 10% off for the second guinea pig. I was charged $40 per day even though they were both in the same cage. ($40 per day for boarding is more than the cost of a dog or a cat which seems excessive because dogs and cats require far more attention) 2nd issue is I left a brand new huge bag of hay for the guinea pigs for a week long stay. The bag should have been nearly empty if they gave the pigs new hay every day but it was nearly untouched. I couldnt even tell that they had opened it. Also weighing my pigs after i picked them up they had lost a considerable amount of weight. (weight loss is a big issue for guinea pigs) Which confirmed that they were not given enough food. Last issue was I gave them individual containers with veggies that were labeled for each day. I did not get back all of my containers. When i realized this at home I was so upset with the overall care that I didnt bother to contact them to find the containers. With the absorbent cost and the sub-par care, Id rather hire a service to come take care of my pigs in my home. Its nearly half the price and my animals dont have to travel anywhere. Edit: coming back to respond after seeing the response from the owners.... so basically they acknowledge that we were charged wrong and that my containers were missing. However, because I left a negative review Im lying about the care that my animals got... ok. Basic facts like weight loss after their stay and an unopened bag of food that should have been empty on pick up speak for themselves. You cant accuse unhappy customers of lying about the service they received. Also after this Ive hired a number of professional pet sitters to come into my home and have had 100% better experience. While I appropriated them waiting for me to drop off my pets on a holiday weekend the list of other issues did not make me any more likely to recommend this business. (and my opinion hasnt changed, I still would advise against boarding your animals with this vet.)

BEWARE OF THE BILLING SCAM HERE! TRUST THE YELP REVIEWS. I recently boarded my two rabbits here for 4 nights. Whenever I came in to drop them off, we agreed to a total price of $140 for both of the rabbits, which included a 10% discount for having both of them in the same cage. I signed 2 papers, one for each rabbit, both stating that the total price was $140. When I came to pick them up, I was told the total was now $160. Apparently, they had made a "mistake" and told me that the papers I had first signed were charging for canine boarding and not exotic boarding. The office manager admitted that although the mistake was made by her staff, I would still need to pay the price difference. She was extremely rude and claimed that she COULD technically charge me $140 per rabbit since I signed 2 papers, which is extremely deceptive and dishonest. She even threatened to pull up surveillance video of me signing the papers. She obviously had no interest in earning our business back, which is a shame for them because we board often. After 20 minutes of trying to reason with her, she eventually agreed to $150, which was STILL not the price we originally agreed on. If you read any of the reviews on Facebook, Google, or Yelp, you will find plenty of other customers who were overcharged for boarding their pets, too. Although I knew about the bad reviews, I thought it couldnt happen to me because of how clear the price agreement was. Even if the difference was only $10, it really shows how true they are to their word, as many have ended up with more expensive differences. To top it all off, the food bowl I sent with them was covered in urine, food, and grime. On another review, they prided themselves in "sanitizing" everything before they gave it back. I would highly recommend going to another vet to board, as this place has no concern for the customers satisfaction or the pets well-being, but only the money that they can make off of scamming them. The manager even said she was well aware of every bad review but didnt seem to care a bit.

WHAT A HORRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I am new to the area... so I decided to make an appointment for my dogs annual visit. When I arrived, I was 8 minutes late due to the 5:00 traffic. I was greeted by an UNFRIENDLY young lady at the front desk who told me that they had just let another client go before me because they had arrived earlier (even though thier appointment was for 5:30). She also told me that they had multiple pets... whereas my appointment was only for my 8 year old great dane. She then gave me a bad attitude when I mentioned the $5 coupon I had seen that was on their website. She told me that because I didnt print it out, I couldnt use it. (The coupon is still on their website!) So I sat down and waited patiently. There wasnt a single other client that came in, and the lobby was empty. At 5:50 I asked her when she expected to get in, and she said "I told you that we gave your appointment to someone else, youll just have to wait!" BIG ATTITUDE AGAIN! I told her that I thought it was unprofessional and a bad first impression to give away someones appointment because they were 8 minutes late. She started to argue with me. All I wanted was maybe an appology and for her to go back and ask a doctor how long it would be. But when I recieved attitude again, I told her I would find another clinic and left. My aging Great Dane is probably going to start costing more in vet bills... and I am about to adopt a new puppy. This clinic lost all that good business right out of the gate. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC. My search for a caring, considerate, and professional clinic continues.

My wife and I have been taking our fur monsters to Dr.Fennell and Dr.Adams since before they opened there own practice so we have been with them a long time and I wouldnt take them to anyone else and to prove that I drive 30 to 45 minutes each way to take my fur monsters to see them and I wouldnt have it any other way. There love and caring for each and every animal that comes through there doors is like nothing I have ever seen from any other Vets office I have been to.Fennell and Adams and of course the rest of the staff (groomers, vet techs, and reception) always go above and beyond when it comes to there love for animals because they treat each and every one that see as if it was there own pet and from my point of view every pet owner I am sure would want this when they take there pets to see the Vet.So many Vets now a days are just like doctors offices they are in it to see how many people they can push through there doors in a day because it is all about the bottom line the money. That is not the case here it is all about giving quality care for your extended family.
