I love dr Batista as well as Dr. Tolentino, but their reception is absolutely horrible. Theyre rude, unorganized and no matter how times I provide them with mine or my childrens insurance info theyre always messing it up. Every time I go in or send my boyfriend in with the kids they try and find a reason to turn us away. They use no problem solving skills. Theyre unhelpful. More over every single time I call for an appointment I sit on hold for at least ten minutes, and when they answer Im immediately placed on hold again. I really dislike the fact that the reception is so unwilling to assist and incompetent. Especially because some of the doctors are absolutely amazing. Ive been going here for ears now and I have never once had a painless experience with the receptionist. You would think giving the location and doctors on staff that they would have a huge focus on customer service but truly they are lacking in this department. If my doctors should ever switch clinics I would gladly never return. However Im stuck dealing with this crap on the account my physician is so attentive and wonderful. Smh

Terrible service. I would not recommend them to anyone! It took over a month to make the appointment. I was there for pain in my feet. Once I got there, the physician was late. After a very short, hurried meeting, the physician told me that she was going to refer me to someone in my network. The radiology they referred me to was in my network but the radiologist wasnt. So I got a big bill. And I did everything correct to stay in my network. Moreover, the referral they gave me took 28 days to get in for an appointment. I was in tremendous pain while I was waiting. I called Presence to hopefully see someone else because I was in a lot of pain, and they said that was the only one they can refer me too and that I should just wait. Finally, after I went in for the x-rays, 45 days later they radiologist sent me a bill stating that I wasnt in network. So I had to pay the entire thing. Totally ridiculous! Totally unprofessional

My first visit, I was seen and hour and half after my appt time. But loving my experience with Dr. Tolentino so much, I still made another appointment (had to book three weeks out). I took a full half day off, I arrived a half hour early, with my laptop and a book, prepared to wait...only to be told he was out sick, didnt anyone call you? I rechecked my missed calls, my voice mails. NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL ME. MY APPT WAS AT 3PM. No one could call me before then?! The doctors may be great, but 1000% not worth the headache of dealing with the disorganized mess. Oh, but I was offered another appt...22 DAYS from the date I was there was the soonest I could be seen, due to the holidays. Ps. I had them check my phone number, yep, they had my one and only phone number for the last 15 years, correct.

This is by far one of the most frustrating Health Centers that I have been with. Not only did they incorrectly bill my insurance company for lab work that was never rendered, they are extremely un-responsive to patient care. I had an emergency where I was out of my prescription because "their" doctor called it in wrong in the first place, but I received word from them that it was called in only to find out it was "denied" by the same doctor. This is a medication that I had been taking for 12 years and would have had a seizure due to their extreme lack of courtesy/care. Take my advice...If you are not already signed up here, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Ive really liked all the doctors Ive seen here. Im currently seeing Dr. Cise and she is awesome and super caring and Id recommend her to anyone. That said, the place isnt very efficient. Every time Ive gone into the office, Ive had to wait forever. I was literally there for over two hours yesterday and my appointment itself lasted 15 minutes. I then needed to get blood work done and had to go through another run around because I have United Healthcare and there is all this nonsense between Quest/Lab Corps. Anyway, nice doctors ... Terrible operations.

My mother, stepdad and I all see Dr. Batista and she is phenomenal. The office is always clean and the the staff are very professional. They make scheduling a breeze and will get you seen on a moments notice. Sometime you have to be patient and wait but it is completely worth it to see Dr. Batista and have the care of her staff. She is a wealth of knowledge and experience. This clinic has a wonderful residency program and only has top notch doctors.

Terrible, terrible clinic. They literally refused to see me when I walked in having an asthma attack. They asked me to explain what was going on and not one person put a sethescope to check my breathing or vital signs. What if I was dying? They looked at me and said "Im sorry, but we cant help you."

Dont waste your time, do not go to this center. Every step along the way has been an obnoxious process. My information was incorrectly entered into the system making it impossible to access, I was billed for things that I did not undergo, and their online system is horrible.

It takes a while to talk to somebody on the phone but they have been able to schedule me on the same day in 2 separate ocassions. Dr Young is really good and knows how to communicate and relate to your issues

I love Seton and especially Dr. Trutty. She is so attentive and listens to all of my concerns. I never feel rushed by her and she really knows how to make you feel comfortable with whatever needs to go on.
