I scheduled a visit and the doctor had a family emergency which was understandable however I was already there for my appointment. When I called to make another appointment the front desk agent mentioned that what I wanted to get done was going to keep them there all day. Not to mention, it was the same day and time of week as the first appointment. I will no longer go to their office. I will also be making other complaints on various sites.

I went into the dentist and Dr.Timothy L.Straka was very rude unpleasant,talked crap about other patients and refused to provide services that were covered by my dental insurance all because it didnt pay what he wanted...I have a recorded conversation to prove my case check out all star dental on western and madison in chicago..because they provide great quality care.
