if i could give this place a negative rating i would. the emergency room staff is openly rude and blatantly incompetent at their job when i was 15 im 20 now i had to go to the emergency room 4 times before they actually admitted me to the hospital i was doubled over in excruciating pain and i was so jaundice i looked like crayola marker and they tried to tell me i just had gas my arms were covered in liver spots when they transferred me to mgh that night the admitting staff thought i was going septic i was puking up stomach bile and i was so dehydrated that it took them a half hour to get an I.V. in my arm. ive had quite a few more horrible experiences and you couldnt make me go there if my life depended on it if you can stand to drive the extra maybe 20 minutes to mgh please do your life may depend on it...

During my mothers visit to the ER, there were two other patients brought into the ER at the same time. There was only one doctor on duty and with three patients the staff seemed to be scrambling. One nurse treated us nicely while the other was extremely patronizing. If a massive multi-patient emergency occurred, I am convinced there is no way that this ER could have handled it. As it was my mother was seen after 45 minutes even though her arm was so swollen it looked like a water balloon ready to pop. The staff did the best they could, but there should have been more people manning the ER. It seems that Duke Corporate seems more concerned with bottom line profits than patient care.

One female Dr there, started to change my wifes pills after a major heart attack. Wife said no until you contact my cardiology Dr. Rude and upset she kicked me out and told me to go back to the g.d. VA. I know there are Drs taking in new patients havent heard a thing from anyone. How can a Dr that doesnt care for you as a patient black ball from you all other Drs?

Really and hour of waiting in the waiting room. Our appoint not only at 11 a clock yet you pull people in who came in after us. This place is a joke just like Mghs is. We need a hospital ran under a different company other then Up health system.

Amazing. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Gleason at Bell Family Medicine. She has been instrumental in my recovery. Her staff is incredible . Her nurse is amazing . Thank you all so much.

The nurses seem to to only do the bare minimum. They also seem to hate their job. The doctors are ok. They dont answer questions well either. The nurses are just awful.
