I was a little hesitant to try this clinic due to some reviews. In the end, I did decide to go with them. I have to say, so far I have been very pleased. I had a few phone conversations prior to making an appointment and the staff were always professional and curtious. The office visit itself went exceptionally well. I was brought in on time, and for that alone, am ever grateful. I think more clinics should have their late policy. It keeps things running smoothly, and honors other peoples time. At my first visit, the NP gave me her undivided attention. At no point did I feel rushed. She took my concerns seriously. I was surprised when she asked if there were any other concerns I wanted to discuss. They have a policy of addressing one thing per visit. It may have been due to it being my first visit. Either way, it was a pleasant surprise. So far, I must say I am pleased and satisfied. I love the small clinic atmosphere. I felt like I was more than an issue that needed to be diagnosed and pushed through as quickly as possible. It literally felt like a DOCTORs office and not an assembly line. 08/26/2016 Update I have continued to have no problems at all after being here for 5 months. They are always on time, always attentive, always answer the phone when I call. I am very happy to have found this clinic. I may have to start paying out of pocket if I want to stay with them. My insurance company is leaving and no other available insurance will let this clinic in. If I am financially able to, I will certainly continue to go there, even if my new insurance wont cover them. I know that sounds crazy, but to find a clinic that is on time, all the time, is a major thing in my book. To find a doctor office that is completely focused on what I need, without appearing rushed or bored or even superior is also a huge plus. I dont understand the bad reviews, and I would strongly suggest giving them a try. It will be worth it!

Though I go to the Peoples Clinic routinely with family members, I will only speak on my personal experience as a patient of this facility. Thered be almost too many complaints to list if I was to include my experience as a visitor. 4 stars for Leah Daniels, her medical assistant, and the phlebotomist that is usually there. 1 star for the facility as a whole. Leah Daniels would have 5 stars, except keeping up with the status of her patients accounts is part of her responsibilities and this has routinely been neglected in the past. Ive been a patient of the Peoples Clinic since ~ 2008, but the last few years Ive considered finding a new facility. I didnt want to leave Leah Daniels and so tried to deal with the staff. The office staff are routinely rude and have given me the run around almost every time Ive called. Specifically, what finally made me find a new care provider happened today. I was seen by the Peoples Clinic May 15th to have referrals made to specialists. By today, June 9th, I had yet to receive any word on the referrals or appointments made on my behalf by the Peoples Clinic with those specialists. Today, I found out that no action was made on getting those referrals. I regret that I will no longer see Leah Daniels, but I can no longer tolerate the sheer ridiculousness of the staff. The incompetency is almost unparalleled.

This place overall gives good service for the price. I felt it necessary complain about the staff. I will keep the name of a specific staff member anonymous. My partner and I have been taking care of my roommate, a decade now, because he has no one who will take care of him. He has rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia The practitioner would say one thing to his face, but write down "drug seeking" in notes, without anything to warrant it. Long story short, we have to post pone his disability court hearing, because the lawyer advised against it with such negative notes. This will displace his monthly income by hundreds of dollars. What makes me even more mad is that apparently this isnt the first time. A family friend, about 70, needed heart pressure and pain medication and was accused of being "drug seeking" as well. That amount of wrongful judgement and misinformation is really aggravating, especially when you come to someone to help you. Weve decided to change doctors.

Ive been going to Peoples Clinic since at least 2008 and have never been disappointed with the service i receive at all!!!! Everyone has off days or gets off schedule because something might have been more serious than initially expected but long waiting times has never been a problem and i know when i get in with Michael hes going to take as much time with me as needed until all my questions are answered and i understand completely whats going on with treatment or anything else. The people that work in the lab are also awesome!! I can be very hard to draw blood on but they manage to do it on the first shot every time. Something i definitely appreciate!! :)

I dont know what the previous review was about. I have been going to the clinic since 2009. Initially, there were some wait time issues because they were only about a year old. However, over the last few years, my wait time has been between 5-15 minutes. Everyone is pleasant and accommodating and I have NEVER seen anyone kicked out of the practice. The PAs and NPs spend time explaining to you everything that is going on with your health and the seek to find the least evasive measures to treat you. I love this place. My children see Leah and I see Michael or Christy. They are absolutely wonderful.

Horrible experience! Never saw a doc, always nurses. Different nurses, they kept leaving and getting fired. I had cancer and tried to convince them. A 150 pound weight loss in 6 months is cancer! Always waited a long time. If you have the right insurance that they like you will get to see a doc and may be treated better. When I tried to get my records I got part and there is a lot of mistakes that they will not fix! And there was coffee and food spilled on the papers!

This place is HORRIBLE!!! The staff, especially the office manager/nurse is extremely rude, thinks she knows it all and will kick you out of the practice as a patient for any reason she wants. They cannot keep doctors there for a long period of time because the place is so horribly managed and unfair. Also, 99% of the time you are NEVER seen on time. There were many times I waited an hour AFTER my appointment just to see the doctor. DO NOT go to this practice!

I was so fortunate to luck out on my first try to find a primary care provider when moving to the area! Leah Daniels has been amazing for the past 3 years and Ive had excellent results when having to use the after hours doctors on call. I looked years in Georgia before I settled on someone, but I got lucky with Peoples Clinic after coming to Clarksville... I wouldnt use anyone else.

Christy is awesome! I went for my first visit on Friday and Im so happy I pick this clinic and Christy!!! She actually took the time to sit down and explain everything to me, instead of rushing through the appointment. She even listened to my concerns and problems which a lot of providers dont do! Christy is very down to earth and makes you feel very comfortable. Best NP ever!!!
