I hadnt been to the dentist in years, I knew that I needed to go, but had put it off until one day I was in so much pain, I couldnt believe it. As I went to the mailbox, I wondered how was I going to know who I should go to. Well, when I opened my mail box, there was a pamphlet with some specials on it for Trinity Dental Bedford. SO, I decided to give it a try and at least get a good price. I knew I needed several things done, but had never had any dental work done before. I am a person that has anxiety when it comes to the unknown, especially pain. Dr. Kim put my anxiety at ease right away. Between small talk, singing along to the radio, and explaining anything that I had a question about in simple laymens terms, I was able to relax.The assistant is friendly as well, made me feel right at ease. Both the Dentist and his assistant also appeared very knowledgable and were able to explain what was happening and why, even though I had some unusual things come up during procedures. The person behind the desk as you walk in, is a wonderful employee as well. Several times, I have called in pain, and she has gotten me in that same day...although I could tell that at times they were busy (Even then, I did not wait very long before being helped). She has also taken the time to explain to me about follow up appointments, and about billing with what I owe and when. Every person there is so caring, friendly, and helpful. I enjoy making small talk with each of them and they never make you feel like they are too busy to be friendly. I went to Trinity Dental Bedford because of a brochure in the mail and a 4 minute drive from the house, but I feel very lucky that I found such a wonderful Dentist and Dental staff.

The dentist here botched my root canal two years ago. Im now having facial surgery to repair the damage they caused. I wanted a broken tooth pulled and Trinity scared me into a root canal. Said I wouldnt be able to eat food correctly and my face might collapse in. I went ahead with it and it took FIVE HOURS. I have had problems with it ever since. Have since then had a reputable dentist in Bedford along with an oral surgeon confirm that the root canal was done incorrectly and now I have infection raging into my sinuses. They told me that the root canal was too shallow. The surgeon told me that these guys were notorious for not referring work to specialists and that they were in it for the money. Two specialists told me that the particular molar they root canaled, tooth #3, should *always* be referred to a specialist and never done in-house. They were appalled that Trinity Dental did not follow up and check on my root canal after 6 months.Beware. Im only 25 but my health has declined over the last two years and it may have been due to this festering infection.

This place is terrible! Every aspect of our experience was bad. For our first appointment they didnt even have a hygienist on staff that day. We had to wait forever for the dentist to clean my daughters teeth. We just cancelled my appointment. Each time we went we had extended-I mean longer than a half hour-waits in the lobby before the service, in the exam room before the service, and in the exam room after the service. More than once we finally just got up and left. On one occasion they simply rescheduled our appointment without ever telling us and then denied they did it. On another occasion an attendant was doing the dentists work! My daughter got a crown and they didnt even match the color to the color of her teeth. Multiple times when I called about various things, they said someone would call back and no one ever did. And when we left for another dentist they didnt even forward our records after we requested it. This place is so bad its scary.

I had my top left Wisdom Tooth Extracted and a Deep Cleaning! I started just by going for my basic cleaning provided by my Insurance Company. I knew a regular cleaning would do little if anything for me as I had not been to a dentist in many, many years. Ok, when I was in Elementary. :( I have always had a fear of Dentis, but Dr. Kim and his staff made me feel as comfortable as possible and explained the full procedure to me. It was easy to trust in them and know that I was in good hands. I had 5 injections in all and didnt feel one. I went for the full extraction because I already had the injections for the deep cleaning and dindt want to waite for it. Although it was uncomfortable feeling allot of tugging, I felt absolutely no pain. It is now the next day after and still no pain. I am back to my normal schedule. : ) Thanks Dr. Kim and Staff at My Trinity Dental Care!

The Trinity Dental Care of Bedford provided me with excellent dental care. The day I called Trinity Dental Care of Bedford I had been up all night with a toothache. I was able to see the dentist the same day. The dentist completed a root canal and saved the day for me. The staff were professional and helpful. I enjoyed my experience so much at Trinity Dental Care of Bedford that I referred two of my bestfriends, who reported having an awesome experience as well. Trinity Dental Care comes highly recommended in my opinion. They have affordable prices and a wonderful payment plan. I want to say to say to the staff I am grateful for all of you and the services you all provided to me. I had been crying and I felt bad that day. I will continue to send people your way...your dental care is simply the best. Thank You Deborah A

They say first impressions are everything. Well, I scheduled my first appt with this firm for a simple teeth cleaning. All insurance information had been verified before the appt so that was not an issue. I arrived around 1:30 for my 1:50 appointment, and was taken back around 2PM and immediately had X-Rays taken. That is where it went downhill quickly. After not being seeing or contacted for over an hour, I finally went back to the front desk to ask how much longer it would be and was told that it would be at least another 15 minutes. Now remember that my appt was for 1:50 and it is now 3:20. I decided to leave and I have absolutely no plans on going back.

I was really happy with the service at Trinity dental. I was going to One Stop dental in Bedford and they didnt show up for my appointment nor did they call to cancel. I immediately called Trinity Dental in Bedford and they were able to get me on the same week. Dentist was very nice. Took the time to ask my concerns and explained what he saw. They also didnt try to sell me unnecessary treatments like at other dental places. I have switched dentists a lot in the last couple of years due to service and trying to make money out of me. I think I have finally found a good dentist in the area.
