Took our little Chloe here today. Its a Saturday so, we arrived at exactly 12 when it opens. It was already mobbed, line out the door! We first got a number for check in. Then, at check in we got a new number for the exam. Not sure if that is typical as it was our first visit here. However, Id hate to see someone wait an hour without checking in only to be turned away because they are at capacity. It is a good idea to ask as soon as you arrive IMHO. You do not pay until you leave and in that instance, there is a small donation box by the door to the exam room where you can drop cash or checks in. *IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO DONATE SOMETHING*, anything you can! Most people ignored the box insisting that the doctor didnt need the money!!!!We were checked in by 12:50 and seen around 1:45. We were in the car by 2. The vet that saw Chloe was very affable and willing to answer questions. Strangely, Chloe didnt growl or try to bite him at all. Atypical for her! It was a long process and literally walk to wall pets and owners but, I got the answers I needed about our girl and I gave the suggested donation. An exam at our local vet of this nature would have cost nearly $200.00. This place is a Godsend, the staff are angels.

Great veterinarian clinic. Pets are helped on a first-come, first-served basis; therefore it is recommended to arrive at least one hour before closing time. I personally suggest taking that as rule of thumb and possibly plan to arrive 30 minutes before the opening time to be ahead of the line. Some days you might be luckier than others and find out that the line isnt as long. Even if the line seems long, be confident: they are fairly quick and try to help everyone in the waiting room. Just dont forget to check-in when you arrive, not to miss your turn. Vet is very friendly, kind and helpful. Medicines and vaccines are sold for a lower price than the usual market calls for and a donation of 20 dollars min is requested. If you can, try to be generous; they truly deserve it! “No animal should have to suffer pain because its owner is financially unable to provide the medical help it sorely needs.” - Harriet G. Theres a wait and funny hours but the care and staff very good alot pf patience watched women get her pet treated was told she would have to Pay merwins cost for shots she agreed after which she stated she had no cash and would go to atm women came back and there is donation box at entrance of exam room ran her hand on top of box called to nurse and says putting 40 for shots and few xtra dollars ty hurry hurry nurse knew somethong wasnt right goes over with key to box completly empty ☹️ its free clinic meaning they run on donations and the cost of meds also are on you anything free especially vet care is going to attract odd jobs im sure if women said she was unable to pay the staff would treat dog no ones looking for profit just to keep lights on doors open

Words cant describe my appreciation for this clinic. Hearts made of gold (staff) . Well kept facility. I took my four month old kitten here today to be seen for congestion. As most people I suffer financially and if not for this place I dont know where I would be. My cats help keep me sane and this clinic has helped me and my kitten out.. My heart broke when I was told I would need to take her to get x-rays. He did however put her on the same antibiotics the vets would and she has bounced right back.. Thank you so much for allowing me and my cats to live life.... I strongly recommend leaving any donation you can.... Since no money you pay during the visit goes towards the clinic, its just to keep your furry friend(s) healthy!! SO DONATE PLEASE......

They are so great over their, very friendly staff. I will be taking my cat tomorrow for his shots. It does not matter to wait as it is so worth it and you talk to people on the porch that get their early and you are next in line behind who just got there before you. They keep records on your pet and really love animals. I do not know what I would of done with out them as I do not have much money and it is so hard. You love your pet and if you take them somewhere else and can not afford it that would not be good, your pet would not get what they need. The Doctors and everyone who work here are so good to everyone.

The staff and vets are very kind and professional, even though they are very busy. The clinic gets a lots of patients, so expect a wait. Also, dont call the clinic immediately after it opens. There is a rush of patients coming in and standing in line to be checked in, so if you call you are keeping 20+ people waiting (who has already waited up to one hour for the clinic to open). You will, quite reasonably, be asked to call back a little later, when the staff has had a chance to check in the people waiting in line.

Im so happy this place exists. When I moved to the city, I got a cat with a chronic upper respiratory infection. She hadnt eaten in quite a while, maybe a week or two, when we got her because she couldnt smell food. Because of the service at this place, we were able to save her life and provide a good home. We wouldnt have been able to afford a vet trip, so Im very happy that this place exists. The world needs more people this generous and knowledgeable.

Very friendly and helpful. I would suggest getting there an hour before they open they only take so many animals a day. You only pay for shots or meds so you should leave donation. The donations is how they survive. Not everyone will have money to donate but even of you leave 5 it helps. It is better than leaving 0

I havent been in a while and Im never sure of their hours since they dont appear to have a website. Im sitting outside the door right now and the sign says, M 12-3 T 12-3 W 12-3 & 5-7 R 12-7 F 11-3 Sa 12-3 (arrive by 12; takes only first 30 patients) M-F arrive at least 1 hour before closing

From cats to dogs, the staff here is really great ! Of course there is usually a 45 minute to an hour wait wait but it is well worth it for the price you pay. Instead of spending $200 on veterinarian fees I just pay for the vaccinations and always leave $20 donation they’re awesome

staff are great, they run on donations so dont forget to chip in - they charge you the cost of medications and materials, nothing is profit. I have taken all of my dogs here for the past 7 years. wouldnt think off going anywhere else, even now that I am in Natick!
