We have been bringing our dogs to Muddy Creek for nearly 9 years now, wow, that is crazy. We initially started using this kennel for our great dane, who is no longer with us. When we moved to the area we were very picky about where she boarded since she was so large and needed TLC. From our first stay at Muddy Creek, I knew she was in great hands, and she loved boarding here for years!! Now we have a new dog, a labradoodle and she absolutely loves her stays at Muddy Creek, both for boarding and doggie day care. And she even gets groomed there (with Louise) and we love the grooming too. The staff here is awesome -- I cant say enough good things about everyone who works here. We plan on moving in the next year and I will really miss them : ( And they have worked here for years, so its great to see the same awesome people over and over. The facility is well taken care of, and I always feel confident that our dog is in great hands. I cant say enough great things, and I dont usually leave reviews, so that says a lot...

Great Experience!!! I have two min pins, who are ALOT of work; and before boarding them at Muddy Creek, my mother was the only person I would let watch them. This was the first time they were ever boarded, and I was a lil nervous. From the moment I walked in and was greeted, I knew they would be in good hands. During my one week vacation I called and got an update on how they were doing. I had them bathed before I got back, and upon picking them up, they looked so happy!! The employees also filled out a report card for them, so i knew how they did; since they arent usually friendly with other dogs. The kennel area was also clean and well kept, which was important. Overall, I had a great experience and have no doubts they will be back there soon for another stay! thumbs up!!

Weve been coming here for several years, initially on the recommendation of one of our animal rescue friends. Weve used pretty much all the services, for both cats and dogs: neutering, euthanasia, boarding, grooming, daycare, obedience classes and been very happy and impressed with all of them! The office staff is warm and wonderful, we can get a prompt caring appointment within a week. Weve said goodbye to three dogs here, and can say that Muddy Creek was the most sensitive to our needs in very sad times - were fans! One other thing I appreciate is the technology: over the web, I can ask questions, do refills, make an appt, then get reminders of the appt. I truly wish our family doctors functioned that well!

The receptionists at Muddy Creek have been very pleasant and professional thus far. The dog trainer is lovely.The vet is friendly, but could be a bit more cognizant of the fact that not everyone has copious amounts of money to spend for relatively unnecessary tests etc. Today I had a conversation with the most rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful person that I have ever talked to at any medical facility. She was going to put every road block possible in the way of me getting what I needed for my dog. I sincerely hope the conversation was recorded. She would not be continuing to work for me if I were the owner. I cant imagine going through life with such an attitude.

I recently had my two Burmese kittens, male and female, spayed and neutered at Muddy Creek, and I cant emphasize enough how wonderful they were with taking care of both of them. I received pre surgical calls to make sure that all questions were answered and also post surgical calls to ensure that they were doing well. Both cats had an amazing recovery. Other than the areas that were shaved for their surgeries, you would never know that either of them had a procedure done. Muddy Creeks routine cat care is great as well. I would highly recommend Muddy Creek, and I love that they have a separate feline hospital that is so attentive and careful.

I have been entrusting my pets to Muddy Creek for over 20 years. Not once in all that time have they disapointed me. They have been there for me in good and bad times. I was always given a number of options when my pets needed to be treated for any number of issues. Ive always felt that I could trust the judgement and advice I recieved. The staff is great and the support you get no matter what the issue is outstanding. I am extremly happy that I have been associated with this organization all these years and I would highly recomend them to anybody who loves their pets.

Last summer I left my cat with my son while I went away. Well, the cat got sick and my son had to find a vet. He found Muddy Creek. They were wonderful to both my son and the cat. Many more visits they managed to get my cat producing red blood cells again meaning they saved his life! Every person I have encountered has been outstanding! I will travel the 1 1/2 hrs to go back there when I need to. It is always a pleasant encounter. Cant thank my son enough for finding them. You will never be disappointed with this facility and staff.

My Dog Lulu is a rescue dog and she does not make friends easily. She likes other dogs but people are hard for her. When she walks into Muddy Creek she is transformed. She greets the staff and I can see that she genuinely is happy there. I used to go with the staff to her kennel and that is no longer necessary as she is trusting of the staff. I am at ease when she is boarding knowing she is getting exercise time and cuddle time, Muddy Creek is a great place for your dog, and your cat too. Our cat liked it too.

Me and my wife bring our cat here for boarding from time to time when were on vacation. Our cat is over 13 years old, plays like hes 2, is very vocal and affectionate but also has a sensitive stomach. The amount of care and attention he receives at Muddy Creek is always first-rate and he leaves there happy and genuinely stress free. I recommend this facility to any cat or dog owner who needs to board their animals or get routine veterinary or emergency work done.

When I (Pam) kennel Cody at Muddy Creek he is well taken care of and the staff is always available to take my phone calls when I feel the need to check in on Cody (which is often). Very clean facility and nice caring people who love our pets. Thanks for all you do as it allows me to feel at ease whenever I leave Cody at the kennel. Pam B

We travel with our three pugs from Amherst, NH to Muddy Creek. You know as a dog parent when your dogs jump for joy when you make the turn into Muddy Creek that the doctors and assistants are doing something right. We have left our dogs at Little Paws for day care and boarding. We know that they are in excellant care. Although our dogs are happy to see us when we pick them up they almost have to be pulled away.
