Worst vet car possible. They attempt to work on animals without sedation. If I had not walked into the back room they would of attempted dental surgery without any sedation. Dr. Jardayna Werlin is the vet who started crying when I voiced my concern. They then attempted to charge me 80 dollars for an emergent visit when I was quoted 60 over the phone. Their practice manager just makes excuses for all the vets and staff. There is a huge lack of empathy for animals and their humans When trying to inquire about who owned the office. I was told by the receptionist that is wasnt worth my time reaching out to John G, Bujalski DVM... He doesnt return calls about negative comments. Not worth my time. Better to just visit another vets office. Please take your animal any where else.

Weve been there twice with our new pup so far and weve loved it! Our pup loves it too! The veterinarians are very nice, knowledgeable and patient in answering lots of new dog-parent questions. They handle the animals with ease, and our pup responded to them very well. The receptionist are also really great! They love the animals, remember them and seem quite knowledgeable. In fact, one time I called to ask a health question about my pup before I could get an appointment, and the receptionist was very calm, helpful and had some safe and harmless suggestions for what I could try and symptoms I should look out for (unlike an extely alarmist response I got from another vet clinic I tried calling!) So far were glad we picked this one!

Horrible Experience. Went for my first appointment today and I can say I will never look at another vet appointment the same way. My cat went through the normal checkup, etc. When they took him in the back for blood work and a nail clipping I could hear him meowing a great deal. Honestly this is very unlike him. Next thing I know the tech and Dr. come out to let me know they cant do this because he is too much to handle. I have never once heard this from any vet I have taken him to. And on top of this they returned him SOAKED in urine. I had to wash him twice this afternoon in order to get the smell out of his fur. Absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!!!!

I was reluctant because of the mixed reviews, but we were getting two kitties and needed a vet. EVERY visit here has been great from the medical treatment to the attitude of the people working the front desk. The doctors are great at answering questions, take your concerns seriously, service is prompt and efficient. Whenever the kitties have had issues (one had a slight problem after being spayed) they were seen quickly and there was ALWAYS a follow-up call inquiring about their recovery. Even my cats like going to the vet! They dont associate it with any distress, and I dont notice it in the pets of any of the other patrons Ive met.

Dr Bujalski and Dr Parker are first-rate human beings as well as super vets. This is not just a job for them but a gift they bring to us pet owners. The staff are professional and kind. They have seen us through mundane annual visits as well as crises. I will never forget the kindness I received from both vets but especially from Dr Bujalski, who wrote us a handwritten note upon hearing that our dear cat had passed. That simple kindness meant the world to us during our grieving. I love Porter Square Vets.

I am sorry but I have no idea about the other positive reviews because I cannot imagine how somebody may have plausible experience with this vet. I brought my dog there because he had diarrhea, they screwed me up $260 and he get worse. I brought him to another vet and he is just fine now. Avoid this place if you like your pet.

The people at Porter Square Vet really care about my dog and have gone above and beyond their requirements to make sure that my dog is safe and healthy. I highly recommend Dr. Grosser. She promptly responds to all of my phone calls and gives me very detailed answers to my questions.

Dr Champaigne and Dr Parker are great cannot say enough about them, front desk is always freindly and nice, i live in boston now and its so worth the drive! Best vet care you can get around! Moving to NH soon and will really miss taking my puggle Molly to porter square vet.

Went there for years where they carefully treated our dog with a chronic medical condition. When eventually the sad day came where we had to put our hound down, the people were deeply compassionate and sensitive. I was truly touched, and recommend them to anyone.

Ive been really impressed with them so far! Super nice, seem very smart, and I really appreciated that they answered a followup question for our puppy over the phone rather than needing another visit. They also spotted a problem that a previous vet hadnt found.

Fantastic staff! And reasonably priced compared to some other vets in the area. They were so empathetic and supportive with my terminally ill cat , calling me on the weekend, talking with the specialist at Angell Memorial, and even sending me a sympathy card.

I think they provide high-quality care overall. However, a veterinarian provided a service that I did not request and then insisted that I pay for it. I appealed to the owner and he did not budge. Ive moved to another vet practice.

Had to go back an extra time to have more blood drawn because of a miscommunication about what tests will be run, no miscommunication about working the credit card machine, though. But, they were good to my cat and Id go back.
