My experience here was bittersweet. My sweet Buda was seen here a few times but a year ago I found out she was quite ill. I took her home and cared for her as best I could until it was obvious she was in terrible pain. When it was time to let her go I was heartbroken and overwhelmed with grief. Everyone here was wonderfully kind and comforting. I never felt rushed and had all the time I needed or wanted to say my goodbyes. Its taken me awhile to write this I know, but every time I tried it was just too hard. Thank you everyone at Union Square Vets.

I took my cat here for a couple of years and thought they were great-- until after a bout of pancreatitis in January, i worried about my cats enlarged abdomen. I called them, and they said i should take him to an emergency vet. So I did. $700 later, it turns out my cat was just overweight! Something Union Sq either did not notice or did not feel the need to talk to me about over the course of his several previous vet visits. Perhaps they should slow down their expansion and focus a little more on basic veterinary care.

I have 2 large dogs; one older that has been going to Union Square Veterinary Clinic prior to the move to their new location. They have always been great with my dogs; friendly, attentive and provide excellent care. Their online system makes it very easy to make an appointment with short notice or for regular yearly exams; they are open on weekends and have some late days making it more convenient to make appointments.

The vet service is really good but please dont use their grooming services. I took my golden doodle there and she got transformed into a rat. I dont understand how can you shave a doodles face and ears without thinking how the original look has to be. And then, she shaved everything and left the tail! The groomer obviously has no common sense. Please please dont take your dog there for grooming services.

I have two pets and they are great with both of them. They helped me figure out a diet for him when he became sick and suggested a couple of behavior analyst and trainers to help him adjust to Cambridge(we moved from Puerto Rico it was a huge move for my dog). All in all if they had emergency care, this place would be perfect! They are great already!

I have been with them since they started in Union Sq. Odie went there until he had sadly passed and they sent me a lovely card. Gidget now goes here and they are always friendly with her and the staff is good too. They always know how to calm my cat down.

The staff and doctors are very friendly and professional. The office and rooms are very clean. The doctors follow up with lab results and call to explain what is going on. Im very happy to have found a great vet for my dog.

My pup and I have had very good experiences here. The doctors and staff are quick, friendly and informative. My dog is very nervous at the vet and Dr. Rezek and the technicians are always patient and gentle.

In the middle of remodeling as of 10/3/2016, but shaping up to be a great location. Kind and helpful vets took care of our pup and provided the correct diagnosis quickly. Inexpensive to boot!
