Most incompetent staff in the entire medical profession. Tried to get appointment for my elderly mother over and over and over again. Also left messages for scheduling person. I was never called back even though I left several messages for others too (anyone who could help schedule; apparently however, they only have ONE person to do this and I was told nobody else could. If that person is out sick for days, too bad for everybody else). Finally had to drive down there to get appointment and was greeted with attitude by an unprofessional, bored and incompetent staff person. Asked for manager but my request was ignored. Finally left. Will never use this docor again because he does not know how to hire and / or manage his staff.

I used to work here and Im glad i quit, wasnt always appreciated for amount of work expected to do (that even monkeys can do said a Dr there. )i was given opportunity to learn a lot but the more you learn the more you do at same pay. Fellow employees were nice got along till i got sick put on p.t then the whispering and snooping through your personal belongings. They can be nice but can change. Over all it is a good ophthalmic practice and opticians Joan and the guy forgot his name are very nice and helpful.

Doctor never meets his appointments and is always overbooked. Constantly having to wait in waiting room past appointment time then must wait in patient room as doctor tries to cram seeing as many patients in as he can. Sad because doctor seems knowledgeable and relatively personable.

Considering my eyes are important to me, this place is hands down the BEST place to help look after them. The staff is really friendly and funny, and Dr. Eghbali is amazing. Listens and explains issues, and truly cares for his patients.

I had a piece of glass projected into eye the 24/7 service was ideal. Dr was funny and even called to checked up me that night. I seriously recommend and will now go there for any further eye issues or yearly check ups.

These Docs are amazing; for cataract surgery and everything else. They are the best. Have been going to them for 18 years.
