I am only giving one star because I had no other options. Please save your time and money and do not go here. They are a bunch of residents that do not know what theyre doing, theyre rude and unprofessional. While asking my resident a question he completely dismissed me and said "ask someone in the front". I asked him "excuse me are you dismissing me mid sentence and he said, yes because we cannot do anything for you right now". All I wanted was my crown fixed! Then he had to nerve to say "we cannot fix your crown because we dont get paid for that" . To put into prospective, I had my crown done at another monte facility and I do not have Medicaide. So I pay a lot of money for dental insurance. This was not a free state funded visit!

after several phone calls that each lasted about 15 minutes on hold then them hanging up and never going through. i actually went to the clinic to schedule an appointment in person. i get there and they say there is nothing for the next 2 months... 2 freaking months... and they say they cant even see next months schedule. what? not just the dental but i think a majority of montefiore has serious problems with appointment making and delays. maybe its a lack of doctors and healthcare providers? but they have to fix it

For a friday afternoon its quite busy, male receptionist needs some friendly pill. Very strict with phone usage in waiting area. Dentist was informative, but easily frustrated with my questions and concerns and they do not do gas or sedation after 3pm. I found street parking but later i saw visitor parking

Offices are busy, but trying to make an insurance inquiry, get a call back, or set up an appointment --from my experience, takes over 3-6 months. There are better chances showing up in person if you prefer to actually speak to a human...that replies.
