Dr. Ross is great, and all of the nurses are superb. The only thing that needs to be changed is calling the office; most of the time you call and it rings until their voicemail picks up asking you to leave a message and call back. If you do get a person you get put on hold for very extended times (Ive been on hold for 10 minutes + before..) until you can get the ability to talk to someone. They really need to get this fixed - either by hiring more staff or going through a call center.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST Doctor/NP Ive ever seen in my life. DO NOT bother making an appt with that Nurse Practioner "Keri" !!! You will be wasting your time! Absolutely the worst bedside manner, not very knowledgable and completely rude!!! Omg I left that office furious! Unreal!! Front office staff was very nice!
