I highly recommend Grayson Orthodontist!! I was a little hesitant and had some anxiety about getting braces as an adult. During my initial consult with Dr. Cardenas, he assured me that I was not the only adult patient that he had and if I wanted to pursue addressing some (fairly severe) problems with my teeth, he could help deliver the results that I wanted. Today was an extremely exciting day for me because it was the completion of my treatment and my braces were taken off! Dr. Cardenas and his staff delivered the results and exceeded my expectations. During my treatment period, Grayson Ortho demonstrated excellent schedule management. I was always seen as soon as I walked in the door. This is very important for people who don’t have a lot of time to sit in a waiting room. The facility is extremely cleans, organized and inviting. The staff was incredible! Everyone was so friendly and professional. Everyone appeared to love their careers and they always went above and beyond to help. Special thanks to Patty who was so awesome and took fantastic care of me. Thanks to Dawn who stayed after hours just to help me with a self inflicted issue with my braces. Thanks to Alicia for always being that welcoming face when walking into the office. Finally I want to thank Dr. Cardenas for delivering and exceeding my expectations. This organization is highly recommended! Don’t miss out on the experience! A+++

He was charging my insurance company for stuff he did not do. For instance, my braces was put on in another state before I moved here. He billed the insurance saying he put them on. I was wondering why at my last visit he wanted me to wait before he could give me all my printouts of services. I provided all my proof and the insurance company investigated him as well. They got all their money back for the services he did not complete.On another note, I have a tooth in the back of my mouth which he suggested I keep my braces on 3years to pull it up. I decided to go for a second opinion. I went to another orthodontist and also my general dentist. They both informed me that braces would not pull that tooth up. Surgery would only be able to do so. In return, I decided to get my braces taken off. I had a modeling event and I was happy with my gap closed so I wanted them off. The dentist was very rude to me and tried his best to hurt me and get me to shut up after I told him about all my issues. If you want an accurate billing or treatment plan then take your money somewhere else.

I am a 19 year old college student that has been a customer to Grayson Orthodontics since 2009. From the first day I felt welcomed and the staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Every appointment was a pleasant experience, and i can remember a couple appointments where I arrived a little early, and if they were not busy they pulled me to the back as soon as they had an open chair. The work ethic and the personalities of all the employees makes it a pleasure to visit Grayson Orthodontics.

I highly recommend Dr. Cardenas and his staff for all of your orthodontic needs They are always professional and very friendly. The wait times are very minimal, which is important for those with busy schedules. They have even gone as far as to stay a few minutes late to fix problems that arise. Thank you to everyone. :)

I love Grayson Orthodontics because Dr. Cardenas and the staff are always so nice and accommodating. Both of my daughters, Shannyn and Jordyn have braces and I am so pleased with how beautiful their teeth are. I recommend Dr. Cardenas to everyone.
