I usually go to target because they are fast efficient, nice and relatively priced well. I went here because they had some frames that target did not have, so I didnt even have an eye exam done here, I just had it sent over from target. These people are terrible. Just simply terrible. The worst customer care experience Ive ever had. They dont take care of you as other reviews said. They messed up my order THREE TIMES. How is that even possible? I was apparently dealing with the regional manager, who I told I wanted a refund, which she did give me a partial refund. Rightfully so, but still not enough to cover my wasted time and energy on this sorry excuse for a store. What regional manager of any company doesnt take care of their customers? "We cant gaurantee anything" who says that! Just terrible and unprofessional staff. When I asked for a corporate email, she asked why, and if its for a COMPLMENT or complaint. OF COURSE ITS FOR A COMPLAINT YOU THINK IM GOING TO COMPLIMENT THIS AWFUL SERVICE OF YOURS? My god. She just gave me their 800 number. Im not stupid, there is definitely someone above the regional manager position that I couldve easily sent an email over to, but she knew she was going to get an earful from the boss man, she seemed like a dog that knew it did something wrong and had its tail between its legs. I will never go back and Im definitely sharing my experience with my colleagues to save them the hassle of this place. I mean, come on. Its just glasses frames and lenses, its not that hard of a job. At all. It should not take over half a months time to get 1 pair of mild prescription glasses.

I came to the store to exchange my husbands Maui Jim sunglasses, since it was broken and he had a one year protection plan. The salesman there told me he will call me within two weeks to come and pick up the new pair. I waited for three weeks then I called the store, they said they couldnt find any glasses under my husbands name but they will look for it and give me a call. I waited for another week and no one called. I called after the fourth week and another salesman told me hell check at the back to see if its ready. He called me within an hour saying the theyre ready and I confirmed picking them up the next day. I came the next day and they kept me waiting for almost twenty minutes to look for the new pair of glasses. Two of the salesmen were searching everywhere. Thats when black comedy takes place. They found the sunglasses in the same spot they searched, over twenty times. I was shocked from the lack of professionalism. They didnt even apologize for the poor management.

I purchased new glasses last month from LensCrafters and I LOVE them! However, I recently lost my mom and had the very unpleasant task of packing her things and getting her home ready to be sold. As you can imagine this was an emotional time as well as chaotic. Unfortunately my glasses were either given to Goodwill or thrown away by mistake and nowhere to be found. After returning from my trip I called and spoke with the manager Tricia Ondich and explained my dilemma. Tricia asked me to come see her and she would do everything possible to help with my replacement. She went above and beyond to help me with the cost as well as explaining different payment options. Im also pleased to say my replacement glasses were ready within an hour! Thank you Tricia for being a wonderful example of how to conduct business while being thoughtful and kind!

My experience was disappointing. My frames had broke, so on Sunday the 6th, I went to the store and asked someone if they could fix it. They said that it would take less than a few days to get the same frames (ordering it) and popping the lenses out of my old glasses. Well, I still havent gotten my frames and its almost Sunday. At home, my mom called to see if the frames came in, in the first call, an employee named Star left my mom waiting for 5 minutes. The second call, the retail manager, Tricia said that shell call right back, but she didnt. If you need a good glasses store to go to, do not go to LensCrafters.

Had a horrible experience here. Ive been coming to LensCrafters since I started wearing glasses at 10 years old and the retail manager Tricia is completely unprofessional. She and the other workers were having multiple side conversations and when attempting to fit the glasses I had picked out, she completely bent the frame. And then proceeded to continue selling me the same bent frame. They have absolutely no idea what theyre doing and are not professional in the least. Needless to say, they lost a long time customer and Im never going back.

Lenscrafters has gone in the toilet. I was a customer of theirs for over 20 years. I would go to them because they would make my glasses in an hour. Now it takes 3 days. This last time it took 3 pairs of glasses to get my prescription correct. They had the left lens in the right eye and vice-versus on the right lens, then instead of rechecking the prescription, they just made a second pair with the identical incorrect lenses. Stay away from LensCrafters, theyre overpriced and do a horrible job. Buy your frames online and go to Costco.

By far the worst of the LensCrafters in the DFW area is the Stonebriar store. When I go in the store theyre too busy and make you feel rushed or that youre an inconvenience to them. I called to replace some lenses with a warranty today she didnt bother to look up my information and said I needed to come in to the store I couldnt pay the copay over the phone. Hung up and called the Willowbend store they helped me without hesitation, paid over the phone, and had my lenses ready in an hour, now THAT is good customer service.

Ordered my glasses with manager Tricia after a very long wait. The store was swamped, and she was distracted with interruptions from new employees, and had me verify the prescription on the screen with her. I was ordering a complex prescription with progressive bifocals. When the glasses arrived the had no progressive lenses, and seems I wasnt charged for them, so it was an additional 107.00 bucks. I cancelled the order. Theyll just mess it up again.

I had a good experience ordering my glasses here through my insurance. Their lens machine was down at the time, so no 1hr option but, if I remember correctly, it only took 24hr to get them done. There was absolutely no pressure, and this is the second pair of glasses Ive purchased from Lenscrafters. Theyve both turned out really good, and the $30 insurance for the year has saved me bum once already.

Had a broken frame yet my lenses were fine. "Grandma", yep thats what everyone calls her, helped me find a great new frame and mounted my old lenses. The glasses are great and it only took about 30 minutes. Thanks Grandma, you are great! I will be coming back next time I need a new pair of glasses.

Not the best customer service. Made me feel like they didnt care about getting my business. Never did get my receipt emailed to me, i suppose the lady checking me out was too busy talking to other employees to get my email address right. they do happen to have a very large selection of frames.
